Version 1.0 · Effective: August 31, 2026 User content, messages, reviews, profiles, community features, and moderation
1. Purpose and scope
These User Content Rules govern User Content submitted, uploaded, posted, displayed, sent, suggested, reviewed, reported, or otherwise made available through Jersium.
They apply to Users and, where content features are available, Guests, and they cover all User Content as defined in these rules, wherever it is submitted or appears on the Platform — from profiles and listings to chats, forums, reviews, reports, dispute evidence, and E-VER submissions.
These User Content Rules form part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions. The Terms of Service explain how Jersium's Terms & Conditions and Platform information work together. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
2. Key terms used in these User Content Rules
Terms defined in the Terms of Service and other applicable Platform Policies have the same meaning in these User Content Rules unless these User Content Rules state otherwise.
User Content means any content, information, material, file, image, video, text, review, rating, message, hashtag, correction suggestion, listing material, profile material, proof material, collection material, dispute evidence, metadata, or other material submitted, uploaded, posted, displayed, sent, suggested, or otherwise made available by a User or Guest through Jersium.
Public Content means User Content that is visible, or may become visible, to other Users, Guests, search engines, rights holders, authorities, or the public through Jersium or related Platform features.
Private Communication means User Content sent through a non-public Platform communication feature, including User Chat, Marketplace Chat, support messages, report messages, return messages, dispute messages, or similar account-based communication tools. Private Communications remain subject to these User Content Rules and may be reviewed or processed where permitted under the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Platform information, or applicable law.
User Chat means a general user-to-user communication feature made available by Jersium outside a specific marketplace transaction, where available.
Marketplace Chat means a transaction-related communication channel between Buyers and Sellers in connection with listings, purchases, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes, Buyer Protection, or other marketplace transactions.
Listing Content means User Content submitted in connection with a Product listing, including listing photos, Product comments, seller-added notes, proof materials used for the listing, shop information, seller profile content, and other seller-submitted marketplace materials.
E-VER Materials means photos, videos, documents, verification codes, descriptions, messages, metadata, proof materials, and other materials submitted, created, reviewed, or generated in connection with E-VER.
Collection Content means User Content submitted, uploaded, displayed, or added by a User in connection with Digital Collection features. It does not include platform-generated Product Data or system-created collection records unless Jersium treats the relevant material as User-submitted content.
Product and Collection Materials means item-focused photos, videos, documents, proof materials, descriptions, metadata, and other materials submitted in connection with marketplace listings, listing proof, E-VER, Digital Collection item entries, Product Data corrections, item-focused forum or reference submissions, product-safety checks, authenticity or counterfeit checks, lawful-sourcing checks, seller compliance checks, or similar product, item, collection, or marketplace features.
Dispute Evidence means photographs, videos, documents, measurements, packaging or label images, correspondence, and other materials submitted in connection with a return, refund, delivery issue, Buyer Protection claim, suspected-counterfeit report, chargeback, or other transaction dispute.
Moderation Action means an action taken by Jersium in relation to User Content, content features, accounts, listings, messages, reviews, reports, or Platform access because of suspected or confirmed illegality, policy violation, fraud, abuse, safety risk, rights issue, platform-integrity concern, or other relevant concern.
Report means a notice, flag, complaint, rights-holder notice, user report, support request, authority request, or other communication asking Jersium to review User Content, a User, a listing, a Product, or related activity.
Illegal Content means content or activity that is unlawful under applicable law. A report or suspicion that content may be unlawful triggers review but does not by itself make the content Illegal Content.
3. General content responsibility
Users are responsible for the User Content they submit, upload, post, display, send, suggest, review, or otherwise make available through Jersium.
User Content must be lawful, accurate where accuracy matters, relevant to the feature used, respectful of other users, consistent with the Platform purpose, and compliant with Jersium's Terms & Conditions and Platform information.
Users must have all rights, permissions, consents, licences, and authority needed to submit, upload, display, share, or use their User Content through Jersium.
User Content must not be used to mislead users, avoid Jersium rules, manipulate Platform systems, create false evidence, interfere with transactions, harm Jersium, or abuse another person or organisation.
4. Rights to User Content
The User remains the owner of their User Content. Jersium does not claim ownership of User-uploaded content.
By submitting User Content, the User confirms that they own that User Content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it, use it on Jersium, and grant Jersium the rights described in these User Content Rules.
For all User Content, the User grants Jersium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, format, resize, crop, moderate, translate, analyse, and otherwise use that User Content as necessary or useful to operate, provide, secure, moderate, support, enforce, develop, and improve Jersium and the relevant Platform features.
This general licence allows Jersium to show User Content in the places where the User submitted it or made it available, according to the relevant Platform feature, visibility setting, account setting, and Platform Policies. For example, Jersium may display public profile content on a profile, forum content in a forum thread, review content in ratings and reviews, messages in the relevant chat or support flow, and uploaded materials in the relevant listing, E-VER, Digital Collection, support, report, dispute, or transaction flow.
Photos or videos posted in Jersium's community photo and video features are covered by the general User Content licence unless they are submitted or used as Product and Collection Materials. Public photo and video posts may be displayed, shared, recommended, embedded, previewed, or featured by Jersium within or in connection with the relevant Platform feature, according to the User's visibility settings and applicable Platform Policies.
Jersium may keep and use User Content after removal, transaction completion, request closure, account restriction, account closure, or account deletion where necessary or useful for records, evidence, dispute handling, fraud prevention, payment security, product-safety handling, rights enforcement, moderation, legal compliance, backups, audit logs, or other legitimate Platform purposes.
Jersium's own rights in the Platform, its content, and the Product Data Index are set out in the Terms of Service and the Product Data Rules.
5. Product and Collection Materials licence
For Product and Collection Materials, the User grants Jersium an irrevocable, perpetual, indefinite, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, resize, crop, adapt, modify, format, translate, analyse, compare, annotate, moderate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use those Product and Collection Materials for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, moderating, enforcing, promoting, developing, and improving Jersium, the Platform, marketplace features, Product Data features, Digital Collection features, E-VER features, support, fraud prevention, counterfeit detection, intellectual-property enforcement, product safety, communication, notification, legal compliance, and community features.
This licence includes the right to use Product and Collection Materials, or versions derived from them, to create, improve, display, test, or promote product mockups, listing previews, Digital Collection visuals, Product Data images, product-data examples, verification examples, educational materials, search and recommendation features, trust and safety tools, and other Jersium-operated or Jersium-authorised features.
What this perpetual licence covers. It applies only to item-focused Product and Collection Materials submitted through, or intentionally used for, product, listing, E-VER, Digital Collection, Product Data, item-focused forum/reference, verification, safety, or similar product-related features. It does not apply merely because a personal or community photo happens to show a jersey or another Product. General personal photos and videos, general community posts, general forum content, avatars, profile banners, comments, captions, reactions, and private communications remain under the general User Content licence unless the User also submits or uses the same material as Product and Collection Materials.
Promotional and advertising use. Where Jersium wishes to use a User's Product and Collection Materials in external advertising, paid promotional placements, or Jersium social-media posts in a way that identifies the User or their Account, Jersium will do so only with the User's consent, given through a Platform setting, campaign opt-in, or separate permission. This does not restrict Jersium's use of those materials within the Platform, in Product Data and sample-image features, in aggregated or non-identifying form, or in Jersium's own service communications.
Jersium may make Product and Collection Materials, or versions derived from them, available to other users on or through Jersium where Jersium considers this necessary or useful for marketplace features, Digital Collection features, E-VER features, Product Data features, listing assistance, verification examples, educational features, community features, or other Platform features.
Where Product and Collection Materials contain personal data, backgrounds, faces, addresses, documents, or other personal or sensitive information, Jersium may crop, blur, mask, redact, extract, separate, transform, or limit use of those parts where appropriate. Personal data contained in User Content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. This intellectual-property licence does not override data-protection rights: where applicable law requires Jersium to delete, restrict, anonymise, or stop processing personal data contained in the materials, Jersium will do so notwithstanding the continuing licence. Lawful non-personal, anonymised, or otherwise lawfully retained derived materials may continue to be used.
The Product and Collection Materials licence does not apply to private User Chat content, private Marketplace Chat content, support messages, report explanations, Dispute Evidence, avatars, profile banners, general forum content, general community posts, general photo or video posts, comments, captions, reactions, or other non-product User Content unless that content is also submitted or intentionally used as Product and Collection Materials.
The licence continues after the relevant listing, transaction, E-VER request, Digital Collection entry, Product Data correction, Product Data feature, support process, or Account ends, subject to the Privacy Policy and rights that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Feature purpose and content relevance
Users must use each content feature for its intended Platform purpose.
For example, marketplace listing fields must be used for relevant listing information, Marketplace Chat must be used for relevant transaction communication, User Chat must be used for permitted user-to-user communication, reviews must relate to the relevant transaction or experience, dispute tools must be used for genuine transaction problems, and Product Data correction tools must be used for good-faith Product Data feedback.
Where Jersium offers polls, Users may create poll questions and answer options and choose the eligible audience shown in the feature, such as all users, friends, or invited users. Polls and votes are User Content: poll questions, options, and voting must follow these User Content Rules, must not be used for prohibited content, harassment, manipulation, spam, or off-platform promotion, and may be moderated, restricted, or removed like other User Content. Poll results are informational community features only.
Jersium may take Moderation Actions where User Content is irrelevant, misleading, duplicative, low-quality, abusive, promotional, spam-like, manipulative, or outside the intended purpose of the relevant feature.
7. Prohibited User Content
User Content must not include, promote, request, facilitate, disguise, or link to content, products, conduct, or activity that is illegal, prohibited, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with Jersium's Platform purpose.
Prohibited User Content includes content that Jersium considers to fall into any of the following categories:
- illegal content, illegal activity, or instructions to commit illegal acts;
- fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, account abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or deceptive activity;
- threats, intimidation, harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, targeted abuse, or encouragement of violence;
- hate, dehumanising, discriminatory, or abusive content directed at a protected or vulnerable group or individual;
- terrorist, extremist, violent, exploitative, or organised-crime content;
- sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexual content involving minors;
- pornographic content of any kind, which is absolutely prohibited on Jersium in every feature, without exception, together with other sexual or sexually suggestive content that is not relevant to the Platform's purpose;
- content that encourages, promotes, instructs in, or provides assistance with suicide, self-harm, or an eating disorder or other serious eating-related condition;
- content that encourages or depicts dangerous challenges or stunts likely to result in serious injury;
- content that encourages, instructs, or materially facilitates serious bodily harm or other dangerous behaviour;
- malware, viruses, spyware, credential harvesting, unauthorised scraping, automated abuse, or security-circumvention content;
- spam, unsolicited advertising, mass solicitation, chain messages, promotion of unrelated goods or services, fake engagement, artificial reviews, or manipulation of Platform ranking, ratings, search, fees, rewards, or user trust;
- false, fabricated, manipulated, reused, materially misleading, or deceptive evidence, Product information, review information, identity information, proof material, collection material, dispute evidence, or transaction information, including photographs taken from other users, other listings, or other sources and presented as the User's own;
- content that attempts to move transactions, payments, shipping, dispute handling, or user communication outside Jersium, including proposing or inviting an off-platform arrangement, where Jersium does not permit that;
- content that infringes or misuses intellectual property, privacy, publicity, personality, image, database, contractual, or other third-party rights;
- content that lists, promotes, requests, disguises, or facilitates unsafe, recalled, illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, deceptive, non-compliant, or restricted Products; and
- content that Jersium otherwise considers harmful to users, Jersium, platform integrity, marketplace trust, legal compliance, product safety, payment security, or community standards.
8. Harassment, threats, and abusive behaviour
Users must not use Jersium content features to harass, threaten, shame, intimidate, blackmail, extort, insult, or repeatedly contact another person in an unwanted or abusive way.
Users must not threaten negative reviews, chargebacks, reports, public posts, legal action, media exposure, or off-platform pressure to obtain a refund, discount, return, cancellation, shipment, rating change, content removal, off-platform deal, or other outcome to which they are not entitled.
9. Personal data, privacy, and confidential information
Users must not submit, post, display, or share personal data, private information, confidential information, payment information, identity documents, addresses, phone numbers, emails, tracking details, private messages, photos of other people, or similar information unless they have the required authority and the feature is intended for that information.
Users must not dox, expose, threaten to expose, or misuse another person's private information.
Where a transaction, verification, E-VER request, support request, report, return, refund, dispute, legal request, or compliance process requires personal data or documents, Users must provide that information only through the relevant Platform process or authorised support channel.
Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Platform information.
10. Intellectual property, counterfeit, and brand-rights content
Users must not upload, post, display, sell through, promote, or otherwise use User Content that infringes or misuses copyright, trademarks, brand rights, design rights, database rights, image rights, personality rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
Users must not use User Content to misrepresent counterfeit, unauthorised replica, infringing, altered, or non-compliant Products as genuine, authentic, licensed, official, match-worn, player-issued, autographed, or otherwise verified.
IP, copyright, trademark, brand-rights, counterfeit, and rights-holder notice processes are governed by the IP, Copyright & Counterfeit Reporting Policy. Transaction-specific suspected-counterfeit reports between a Buyer and a Seller are handled under the Buyer Terms & Buyer Protection Policy.
11. Product-related and listing-related content
Marketplace listing photos, Product comments, seller-added notes, proof materials, shop information, profile text, and other seller-submitted listing materials are User Content and may also be Product and Collection Materials.
Product-related User Content must be accurate, lawful, relevant, and not misleading. It must not contradict structured listing information, disguise the actual Product being offered, create buyer confusion, or be used to avoid Jersium's Product Data, checkout, payment, shipping, Buyer Protection, dispute, fee, product-safety, or compliance rules.
Seller-submitted content must not add warranty exclusions, return rules, refund rules, payment instructions, off-platform contact details, off-platform transaction instructions, or other conditions that conflict with Jersium's Terms & Conditions, Platform information, mandatory law, or consumer rights. Seller information may contain practical information and permitted seller-specific conditions as described in the Seller Terms, but it is not a separate set of general terms and conditions overriding or competing with Jersium's transaction framework.
User Content must not be used to list, promote, request, disguise, or facilitate illegal, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, prohibited, deceptive, non-compliant, or restricted Products.
Detailed seller obligations for listing accuracy, Product information, Product safety, authenticity, lawful sourcing, photos, proof materials, prohibited Products, and listing review are governed by the Seller Terms.
12. Reviews, ratings, and feedback content
How Jersium ensures reviews come from real buyers. Reviews on Jersium can only be submitted by a Buyer of a completed Order placed through Jersium. Review submission is technically restricted to the Buyer on the relevant Order, so no one who has not bought the Product through Jersium can review it. These are the reasonable and proportionate steps Jersium takes to check that published reviews originate from consumers who have actually bought or used the Product. Jersium does not publish fake reviews, does not commission others to submit them, and does not suppress reviews because they are negative.
Reviews, rating comments, transaction feedback, Marketplace Performance-related content, and similar feedback must be based on a genuine transaction, interaction, or experience and must be honest, relevant, and not misleading.
Users must not create, request, sell, buy, exchange, manipulate, threaten, remove, or suppress reviews, ratings, feedback, Marketplace Performance signals, likes, follows, reports, or engagement in a way that is false, coercive, paid, incentivised, coordinated, retaliatory, or misleading. This includes leaving or threatening a review in retaliation for a return, refund decision, dispute outcome, cancellation, report, or moderation decision.
Users must not use reviews or feedback to harass, extort, disclose private information, advertise unrelated goods or services, promote off-platform transactions, or pressure another user.
These User Content Rules are the primary home for review and feedback conduct rules. Display mechanics, calculation of Marketplace Performance, and highlighted-review rules may be shown in the Ratings & Reviews information, Help Centre, account area, order flow, or review flow.
13. User Chat, Marketplace Chat, messages, and support communications
These User Content Rules are the primary home for communication conduct rules on Jersium.
User Chat, Marketplace Chat, support messages, report messages, return messages, dispute messages, and similar communication tools must be used for their intended Platform purpose. Marketplace Chat is for relevant transaction communication between Buyers and Sellers. User Chat, where available, is for permitted user-to-user communication outside a specific marketplace transaction.
Users must not use messages to harass, spam, threaten, manipulate, deceive, impersonate, evade Jersium rules, exchange unauthorised contact details, move transactions off Jersium, propose or invite an off-platform transaction or payment, avoid Jersium fees, pressure another user, or send illegal or prohibited content. A proposal or invitation to transact outside Jersium is a violation whether or not the transaction takes place; where one party solicits an off-platform arrangement and the other declines, Jersium will normally act only in relation to the party who solicited it.
Jersium may monitor, review, translate, restrict, or preserve messages where permitted by the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Platform information, or applicable law.
14. Hashtags, Product Data corrections, and metadata
Hashtags, labels, correction suggestions, Product Data suggestions, metadata, and similar user-submitted signals must be relevant, accurate where accuracy matters, and used for the intended Platform purpose.
Users must not use hashtags, correction tools, metadata, or Product Data suggestions for spam, abuse, harassment, personal disputes, off-platform promotion, irrelevant advertising, coordinated abuse, or attempts to distort Product Data, search results, rarity information, reviews, ratings, or Marketplace Performance.
Product Data, rarity, sample-image, correction, and data-display rules are governed by the Product Data Rules.
15. Photos, videos, media, proof, and dispute evidence
Users may upload photos, videos, documents, screenshots, proof materials, or other media only where the relevant Platform feature allows it and only where they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority.
Media submitted as listing content, E-VER Materials, Product and Collection Materials, proof material, condition evidence, return evidence, Dispute Evidence, or support evidence must not be manipulated, staged, edited, cropped, filtered, generated, reused, or presented in a way that materially misleads Jersium or other users, and must relate to the actual item, order, or matter concerned.
Users should avoid including unnecessary personal data, private information, unrelated people, addresses, payment details, identity documents, order labels, or confidential information in photos, videos, or proof materials unless the Platform process specifically requires that information.
Where a Platform process requires evidence to be shared with another party to a transaction, the relevant Platform flow will indicate this before submission. Some evidence in a suspected-counterfeit process is reviewed by Jersium only and is not shared with the other party; the other party receives the outcome and reasons instead.
Jersium may reject, crop, blur, hide, restrict, request replacement of, or remove media that is unclear, unsafe, irrelevant, misleading, rights-infringing, privacy-invasive, prohibited, or unsuitable for the relevant feature.
16. AI-generated, edited, or assisted content
These User Content Rules apply to AI-generated, AI-edited, automatically generated, template-based, translated, or otherwise assisted content in the same way as other User Content.
Users must not use AI tools, editing tools, automation, filters, synthetic media, or generated content to create false proof, fake listing images, fake reviews, misleading Product information, impersonation, fabricated messages, false dispute evidence, manipulated screenshots, or other deceptive content.
Jersium may require disclosure, labelling, replacement, removal, or additional evidence where User Content appears to be generated, edited, manipulated, or otherwise unreliable for the feature in which it is used.
17. Spam, automation, and manipulation
Users must not use scripts, bots, automated tools, scraping, mass posting, mass messaging, coordinated behaviour, fake accounts, engagement manipulation, review manipulation, hashtag manipulation, Product Data manipulation, or other artificial activity to misuse Jersium content features.
18. Reporting User Content
Users, rights holders, authorities, and other affected parties may report User Content or related activity through the available Platform process, support channel, legal contact, or reporting flow. Current reporting channels and contact points are shown in the Legal area, Help Centre, and the Terms of Service.
A Report should, where possible, identify the content or activity being reported, explain the concern, provide relevant evidence, identify the reporting party where required, and state whether the report concerns illegality, rights infringement, safety, fraud, abuse, privacy, product compliance, marketplace conduct, or another issue.
Jersium will confirm receipt of a Report where the reporting party's contact details are available, and will inform the reporting party of the outcome or of the action taken where required by applicable law.
Jersium may request additional information, reject incomplete or abusive reports, combine related reports, prioritise urgent reports, refer the issue to a more specific Platform process, or take action based on the information available.
Reports about IP, counterfeit, product safety, illegal goods, Buyer Protection, seller conduct, Product Data, privacy, or legal requests may be handled under the Platform process that applies to that issue.
19. Moderation Actions
Jersium may use manual review, automated tools, user reports, rights-holder reports, payment-provider signals, fraud-prevention tools, marketplace data, public information, internal records, and other relevant information to detect, review, restrict, or act on User Content or related activity.
If Jersium believes User Content, Reports, communications, or use of content features violates these User Content Rules or other applicable Platform Policies, Jersium may take Moderation Actions.
Moderation Actions may include refusing, removing, hiding, disabling, blurring, limiting, labelling, correcting, downgrading, or restricting User Content; restricting uploads, posting, commenting, replies, forum threads, photo or video features, reviews, ratings, hashtags, metadata, reports, profile features, User Chat, Marketplace Chat, messaging, Digital Collection features, listing features, marketplace features, buying features, selling features, or other content, communication, interaction, collection, marketplace, or account features; limiting search visibility, ranking, recommendation, or display; requesting evidence; rejecting, closing, escalating, or prioritising reports or content-review requests; updating Marketplace Performance, trust indicators, account status, feature eligibility, or seller or buyer access where the content issue affects marketplace trust or compliance; issuing warnings; restricting accounts; suspending accounts; closing accounts; or taking another action permitted by Platform Policies or applicable law.
Jersium may take temporary, partial, emergency, or precautionary action where needed to protect users, prevent harm, preserve evidence, comply with law, reduce fraud risk, protect marketplace trust, or maintain platform integrity.
Jersium applies Moderation Actions in a diligent, objective, and proportionate manner, having regard to the rights and legitimate interests of everyone involved.
20. Moderation notices and review of moderation decisions
Notice. Where Jersium takes a Moderation Action, Jersium provides a moderation notice by email, account notification, support message, or another Platform process, unless Jersium is legally prevented from doing so or the notice can lawfully be omitted. The notice contains the information required by applicable law, including in substance: what was affected, the action taken, the essential reasons for it, and how to request a review.
Decision ID. Each Moderation Action is given a Decision ID. Where Jersium takes several actions, each action has its own Decision ID and may be reviewed separately.
Requesting review. A User may request review of a Moderation Action by using the review option in the notice, or by contacting Support with the Decision ID, within the period stated in the notice — which will never be shorter than any period required by applicable law. A review request should explain why the User believes the decision should be changed and include any relevant evidence.
How reviews are handled. Jersium handles review requests in a timely, diligent, non-discriminatory, and non-arbitrary manner, and does not decide a review by automated means alone. Jersium may uphold, reverse, replace, narrow, expand, or otherwise modify the Moderation Action, and informs the User of the outcome. Requesting review does not guarantee restoration of content, feature access, marketplace access, or account access. Jersium may reject, deprioritise, or limit review requests that are manifestly unfounded, abusive, repetitive, automated, or that repeat a request already decided on the same facts.
Additional rights where the law provides them. Some legal frameworks attach additional complaint-handling or dispute-settlement rights to moderation decisions — including rights under the EU Digital Services Act that apply to online platforms above the micro and small enterprise thresholds, such as the ability to refer a decision to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. Where and for as long as such obligations apply to Jersium, Jersium provides the corresponding rights as required by the applicable law, and the moderation notice or Platform information will explain how to use them.
Business users. Where a Moderation Action restricts, suspends, or terminates a Commercial Seller's use of seller features, Jersium provides a statement of reasons as required by applicable platform-to-business rules, unless Jersium is legally permitted or required to act without one.
What this process covers. This process applies to Moderation Actions. It does not apply to ordinary operational or support decisions — including returns, refunds, cancellations, Buyer Protection outcomes, suspected-counterfeit transaction decisions, seller-payout decisions, Product Data corrections, expired listings, user-deleted content, or unavailable features — unless Jersium expressly makes it available. Those decisions are handled under the Buyer Terms & Buyer Protection Policy, Seller Terms, Marketplace Terms, or Product Data Rules. Where a transaction decision is accompanied by a Moderation Action, the transaction outcome is handled under the applicable transaction policy and the Moderation Action is reviewable under this section.
Jersium may keep an internal record of Moderation Actions, review requests, evidence, and outcomes. Nothing in these User Content Rules limits rights to complain, appeal, contact a regulator, use an out-of-court process, or bring legal claims where those rights cannot be excluded under applicable law.
21. Feedback, ideas, and suggestions
Users may send Jersium feedback, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, design suggestions, or other comments about the Platform.
Where a User sends feedback voluntarily and outside a paid engagement, Jersium may use, adapt, implement, share internally, and act on that feedback without obligation to pay compensation, provide attribution, respond, keep it confidential, or continue displaying it, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or Jersium agrees otherwise in writing.
Users should not send Jersium confidential information, trade secrets, or third-party material as feedback. Product-data suggestions and corrections are governed by the Product Data Rules.
22. No general duty to monitor or endorse User Content
Jersium may review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content, but Jersium does not endorse User Content merely because it is available through the Platform, and Jersium has no general obligation to monitor User Content.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, Jersium does not guarantee that User Content is accurate, lawful, complete, current, authentic, safe, rights-cleared, or suitable for a specific purpose.
Jersium may rely on User-provided information, seller-provided information, buyer-provided information, rights-holder information, carrier information, payment-provider information, public information, and other available information when reviewing User Content or related activity.
23. Repeated violations and abuse of reporting or review tools
Repeated, coordinated, intentional, abusive, or bad-faith violations of these User Content Rules, or misuse of reporting or review tools, may result in stronger or longer-lasting Moderation Actions.
Users must not submit false, abusive, malicious, duplicate, automated, or bad-faith Reports. Jersium may suspend the handling of Reports or review requests from a User who frequently submits manifestly unfounded reports or complaints, after issuing a prior warning, and may restrict reporting tools, support access, content features, interaction features, marketplace access, or account access where a User abuses reporting, complaint, appeal, review, correction, or support processes.
24. Records, preservation, and cooperation
Jersium may keep records of User Content, Reports, Moderation Actions, messages, Dispute Evidence, account activity, evidence, review decisions, and related information where permitted or required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, Buyer Protection, seller protection, tax, product safety, rights-holder processes, dispute handling, support, audit, enforcement, or platform-integrity purposes.
Users must cooperate with reasonable requests for clarification, evidence, identity information, rights information, Product information, proof materials, or other information needed to review User Content, a Report, a Moderation Action, or related activity.
25. Changes to these User Content Rules
Jersium may update these User Content Rules from time to time, to reflect legal requirements, Platform development, moderation processes, reporting tools, content features, product safety rules, rights-holder processes, fraud prevention, marketplace changes, or operational changes.
Notice of changes is given in accordance with the Terms of Service.
