Our commitment
Jersium is committed to making its platform accessible and usable for as many people as possible. Accessibility is an important part of how we design, build, and improve our services.
Accessibility standard
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the core Jersium platform wherever reasonably possible.
Current accessibility measures
• Added accessible names, including aria-label where needed, for icon-only controls
• Used structured headings and page landmarks to support navigation with assistive technologies
• Added meaningful alternative text for platform-provided informative images, and appropriate empty alternative text for decorative images
• Used aria-describedby where helpful for info icons, helper text, and tooltips
• Designed core flows to support keyboard navigation
• Reviewed and adjusted colour contrast across core interfaces
• Added proper labels for form fields
• Checked mobile touch target sizes for key interactive controls
• Created an internal process to review and resolve accessibility issues
Ongoing improvements
Jersium will continue reviewing accessibility as the platform develops, including new pages, features, forms, media tools, marketplace flows, account areas, downloadable documents, third-party service components, and support flows. We will also continue improving accessibility for media features, including video content and caption support.
User-generated content
Some content on Jersium may be created or uploaded by users, such as listing photos, profile content, comments, posts, or videos. We provide tools and guidance to support accessibility where possible, but user-generated content may not always meet the same accessibility standards as platform-controlled content.
Third-party services and content
Some parts of Jersium may rely on third-party services, embedded tools, payment or verification flows, maps, media players, or external content. We aim to choose and configure third-party components with accessibility in mind, but we may not control every aspect of their accessibility.
Feedback and contact
If you experience an accessibility barrier on Jersium or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us.
