Version 1.0 ยท Effective: August 31, 2026 Product Data Index, structured product data, sample images, rarity information, price history, and corrections
1. Purpose and scope
These Product Data Rules govern Jersium structured product data, the Product Data Index, sample images, reference images, rarity information, edition and version classifications, price-history indicators, product-data corrections, and related data-display features made available through Jersium.
These rules apply when Product Data is shown, used, submitted, corrected, linked, or otherwise connected with a Platform feature.
These Product Data Rules form part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions. The Terms of Service explain how Jersium's Terms & Conditions and Platform information work together. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
2. Key terms used in these rules
Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service or the relevant Platform Policy unless these Product Data Rules state otherwise.
Product Data Index means Jersium's structured product and item data layer, including entries, classifications, product groups, teams, players, sports, seasons, editions, versions, attributes, sample images, rarity information, price-history information, and related data features. The Product Data Index may support user-facing features such as the Jersey Catalogue, product pages, listing flows, search, Digital Collection features, E-VER, and other Platform features.
Product Data Entry means a structured record, index entry, item record, base product record, variant record, edition record, version record, or similar record made available through the Product Data Index.
Product Data means structured or unstructured data connected with a Product, Item, Product Data Entry, Digital Collection entry, E-VER record, listing, edition, version, rarity information, price history, sample image, or related Platform feature.
Sample Image means an image used by Jersium for Product Data display, product identification, listing assistance, comparison, education, or related Platform purposes, whatever its origin and whatever adaptations Jersium has applied to it.
Seller Photo means a photo uploaded or provided by a Seller to show the actual Product offered for sale, where the listing flow requires actual-item photos.
Rarity Information means a rarity label, rarity tier, production-run indication, scarcity estimate, availability signal, collector indicator, edition classification, version classification, historical note, or similar informational indicator shown by Jersium.
Price History means past-price, transaction, listing, trend, range, estimate, or other price-related information shown by Jersium for informational purposes.
Product Data Correction means a correction, update, merge, split, rename, reclassification, removal, replacement, relinking, or other change made to Product Data, Product Data Entries, rarity information, price-history information, sample images, or related data features.
3. Jersium product-data role
Jersium operates the Product Data Index and related data systems to support Platform features that depend on structured product information.
Jersium may create, collect, import, generate, review, compare, organise, classify, annotate, display, update, correct, or remove Product Data Entries and Product Data where Jersium considers this necessary or useful for Platform operation, data quality, user experience, marketplace integrity, fraud prevention, product-data integrity, legal compliance, or feature development.
Jersium may use manual review, automated tools, user submissions, seller information, buyer information, marketplace records, E-VER materials, Digital Collection records, public information, third-party information, support records, and other available information to create, review, or improve Product Data.
Jersium is not required to create, release, display, maintain, update, verify, or keep available any Product Data Entry, Product Data field, sample image, rarity label, price-history indicator, or related data feature unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Jersium's rights in the Product Data Index and permitted use
The Product Data Index is a substantial investment by Jersium in obtaining, verifying, structuring, classifying, imaging, and presenting product information.
Jersium claims and reserves all rights in the Product Data Index and its contents, including copyright in Jersium-created text, classifications, descriptions, and Jersium-created Sample Images, together with the rights and licences Jersium holds in other Sample Images; database rights and sui generis database rights, or equivalent protections, in the Product Data Index, the Jersey Catalogue, Product Data Entries, rarity information, price-history data, and aggregated marketplace data; and rights in the structure, selection, arrangement, taxonomy, field design, and presentation of that data. Jersium's rights in the Platform generally are set out in the Terms of Service. Rights in User-submitted materials remain with the User and are governed by the User Content Rules.
Permitted use. Users may access and use Product Data through the Platform interfaces for their ordinary use of Jersium, including browsing, searching, creating and managing listings, managing a Digital Collection, submitting E-VER requests, comparing items they own or wish to buy, and personal, non-commercial reference. Sellers may use the Product Data made available in the listing flow for their own listings on Jersium. Users may share individual product pages, listings, or collection entries by link.
Prohibited use. Except with Jersium's prior written permission, or as permitted by mandatory law, no person may:
- extract, re-utilise, copy, download, index, store, or reproduce all or a substantial part of the Product Data Index or any Jersium database;
- repeatedly or systematically extract or re-utilise insubstantial parts of the Product Data Index in a way that conflicts with Jersium's normal exploitation of it or unreasonably prejudices Jersium's legitimate interests;
- use crawlers, scrapers, bots, scripts, automated agents, headless browsers, or similar tools to access, collect, or monitor Product Data, listings, prices, price history, rarity information, Sample Images, or seller information, except for search-engine crawling that Jersium expressly permits through its robots file or similar controls;
- create, publish, license, sell, or operate a competing catalogue, index, database, price guide, valuation service, dataset, or data feed derived wholly or substantially from Jersium Product Data;
- use Product Data, Sample Images, or marketplace data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop a machine-learning or generative model, except where Jersium expressly permits this;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, technical protection measures, or other restrictions applied by Jersium; or
- remove, obscure, or alter any notice, watermark, label, or attribution applied by Jersium.
Jersium may apply rate limits, access controls, technical measures, and monitoring to protect the Product Data Index, and may restrict access, restrict features, restrict or close accounts, block access, preserve evidence, and pursue available legal remedies where these rules are breached.
Nothing in this section restricts a use that cannot be prohibited under applicable law, including permitted exceptions under copyright, database, or competition law, or a lawful exercise of a rights holder's own rights.
5. Product Data Entries and feature eligibility
A Product, Item, team, player, season, edition, version, or Product category may appear in the Product Data Index without being available for listing, purchase, E-VER, Digital Collection import, Digital Collection display, price alerts, collection goals, or another Platform feature.
Jersium may require Products to be indexed, classified, imaged, reviewed, released, corrected, or otherwise enabled before they can be listed for sale or used in certain Platform features.
Jersium may restrict or change Product Data availability by Product type, Product group, sport, team, player, season, edition, version, region, Seller type, Account type, feature, product-safety status, legal status, data quality, operational readiness, or other criteria shown on the Platform or used by Jersium.
A Product Data Entry is not a statement that a specific Product is lawful, safe, genuine, authorised, licensed, available, sellable, collectible, eligible for E-VER, eligible for Digital Collection import, or eligible for purchase by a particular User.
6. Informational nature of Product Data
Product Data Entries, Product Data, sample images, rarity information, price-history information, statistics, labels, edition classifications, version classifications, team or player classifications, and related indicators are informational Platform classifications unless Jersium expressly states otherwise.
Jersium does not guarantee that Product Data Entries or Product Data are complete, current, error-free, official, exhaustive, or suitable for every User purpose.
Product Data does not by itself authenticate a Product, prove legal ownership, prove lawful acquisition, prove provenance, certify product safety, guarantee conformity, prove an autograph, prove match-worn or player-issued status, guarantee market value, or guarantee future resale eligibility.
Users should treat Product Data as Platform information that supports browsing, listing, collection, search, and data features. Users remain responsible for reviewing the specific information that applies to their action.
7. Sample images, reference images, and actual Product photos
Sample images are provided for product identification, Product Data display, comparison, listing assistance, Digital Collection, E-VER, search, rarity, educational, promotional, or other Platform purposes.
A sample image originates from Jersium-created photography or artwork, from materials licensed or otherwise provided to Jersium, or from user-derived or seller-derived item-focused materials used under the User Content Rules and the rules on materials used for Product Data features later in this document. Jersium may edit, crop, enhance, combine, annotate, watermark, or otherwise adapt those materials for display, including by creating mockups and representative reference images. A sample image may therefore not show every detail, colour, material, label, tag, patch, sponsor, size, production variation, condition issue, or included item of a specific Product.
Where the listing flow requires actual-item photos, Seller Photos show the actual Product offered for sale. Sample images and reference images do not replace the Seller's obligation to provide accurate listing information and actual-item photos where required.
Users should not assume that a Product includes every element shown in a sample image unless the specific listing, checkout, or Platform flow states that the element is included.
Jersium may replace, crop, blur, watermark, recolour, reformat, label, remove, or update sample images where Jersium considers this necessary or useful for product-data quality, rights management, privacy, technical display, user experience, safety, or Platform integrity.
8. Seller use of Product Data
Sellers must use the Product Data Entry, Product type, edition, version, condition, size, attributes, photos, extras, shipping settings, and other listing fields that accurately match the actual Product offered for sale.
A Seller must not rely on a Product Data Entry, rarity label, sample image, price-history indicator, or Product Data field to excuse inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, counterfeit, infringing, or non-compliant listing information.
If a Seller believes that the relevant Product Data is incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, missing, or unsuitable for the actual Product, the Seller should use the available correction or listing-support process instead of listing the Product under an inaccurate entry.
Where structured Product Data conflicts with seller-added text, Product comments, listing photos, proof materials, or other seller-provided information, Jersium may require correction, restrict the listing, deactivate the listing, adjust the Product Data link, or take another action permitted by the applicable Platform rules.
9. Buyer use of Product Data
Buyers should review the structured Product Data, Seller Photos, listing details, condition information, Seller type, included items, customisation, shipping information, checkout information, and other relevant Platform information before completing a purchase.
Sample images and Product Data are for identification and informational purposes. Where the listing flow requires actual-item photos or seller-specific details, Buyers should rely on the actual listing information and Seller Photos for the specific Product offered for sale.
A change to a rarity label, price-history indicator, team classification, player classification, edition label, version label, sample image, or other Product Data classification is not by itself a Buyer Protection issue, refund reason, or proof that a Product was not as described, unless the actual Product, listing, transaction, mandatory law, Buyer Protection, or a Jersium support decision gives the Buyer a separate remedy.
10. Rarity information and collector indicators
Jersium may display rarity information and related collector indicators for Products, Digital Collection entries, digital items, and other Platform content.
Rarity information may be based on incomplete, developing, estimated, historical, user-submitted, seller-submitted, marketplace, product-data, third-party, public, or internally reviewed information. It may change as Jersium receives better information, updates Product Data, changes its classification logic, or develops Platform features.
Rarity information is not a guarantee of authenticity, official status, product safety, market value, investment performance, future resale price, liquidity, availability, legal sellability, total worldwide scarcity, or acceptance by a buyer, seller, collector, rights holder, authenticator, insurer, authority, or other third party.
Jersium may use different rarity methods, labels, criteria, data sources, or display formats for different sports, Product groups, editions, digital items, reward items, Platform areas, or time periods. Current display formats and feature explanations may be shown on the Platform or in Help Centre information.
11. Price history
Jersium may display price history, past transaction data, listing-price data, price ranges, estimated values, starting-price indicators, trend information, or similar price-related information.
Price history is informational only. It is not an appraisal, valuation, investment advice, resale guarantee, liquidity guarantee, or guarantee that a Product, digital item, reward item, or collection entry can be sold at a particular price.
Price-history information may be incomplete, delayed, filtered, corrected, anonymised, aggregated, converted between currencies, adjusted for cancelled transactions, affected by refunds or returns, affected by shipping or fee treatment, or limited by available data.
Jersium may correct, remove, recalculate, aggregate, separate, hide, or change price-history information where necessary or useful for accuracy, privacy, fraud prevention, tax or fee handling, product-data quality, user experience, or Platform integrity.
Collection Value (where offered). Jersium may display an estimated Collection Value or similar aggregated value indication for a User's Digital Collection or parts of it, based on price history, rarity information, Product Data, and other internal factors and logic chosen by Jersium. Collection Value is an informational Platform feature only: it is generated by internal logic that may change at any time, may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not an appraisal, valuation, offer, insurance value, or investment advice, and creates no entitlement to sell any item at the indicated value. Jersium may add, change, recalculate, or remove Collection Value displays at any time.
12. Product Data corrections and changes
Jersium may correct, update, merge, split, rename, relink, reclassify, hide, deactivate, archive, remove, replace, or otherwise modify Product Data Entries, Product Data, sample images, rarity information, price-history information, collection links, E-VER links, product-page data, search data, and related records.
Product Data changes may affect listings, search visibility, product pages, Digital Collection entries, collection goals, price alerts, rarity displays, price-history displays, E-VER records, support records, reward features, notifications, and other Platform features.
Where a correction materially affects a live listing, Jersium may update the listing, adjust the Product Data link, request Seller action, deactivate the listing, keep the listing unavailable, block checkout, notify affected users, or take another action permitted by Platform rules and applicable law.
A Product Data Correction does not necessarily mean that a User did anything wrong, that earlier data was legally defective, that Jersium accepts liability for earlier data, or that a transaction must be reversed. Mandatory legal rights, Buyer Protection, support decisions, and applicable law still apply where relevant.
13. User suggestions, feedback, and correction requests
Users may be able to submit product-data suggestions, product-data corrections, rarity feedback, missing-product requests, sample-image feedback, metadata suggestions, proof materials, or other product-data-related information through available Platform processes.
User suggestions and correction requests must be submitted in good faith, be relevant to the feature used, and be accurate where accuracy matters. Users must not submit false, misleading, abusive, spam-like, promotional, infringing, manipulated, or irrelevant product-data feedback.
Jersium may accept, reject, edit, merge, split, rephrase, reclassify, ignore, prioritise, delay, or use suggestions and correction requests without owing compensation, attribution, response, or continued display, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where a suggestion, correction request, metadata submission, proof material, or similar submission is User Content or Product and Collection Materials, the User Content Rules apply. General feedback about the Platform is governed by the User Content Rules.
14. Materials used for Product Data features
Jersium may use Product and Collection Materials, E-VER materials, listing materials, proof materials, support materials, and other item-focused materials to create, improve, compare, test, display, or correct Product Data Entries, Product Data, sample images, Digital Collection visuals, E-VER records, listing templates, rarity indicators, price-history features, educational materials, trust and safety tools, and related Platform features.
The rights to use User-submitted materials are governed by the User Content Rules and the Platform Policy that applies to the relevant material or feature.
Where materials contain personal data, faces, addresses, documents, labels, payment details, private information, or other sensitive information, Jersium may crop, blur, mask, redact, extract, separate, transform, or limit use of those parts where appropriate. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Digital Collection, E-VER, and Product Data links
Digital Collection entries, E-VER records, automatic imports, reward-issued digital items, and related digital features may use Product Data Entries, Product Data, sample images, rarity information, version information, edition information, and other Product Data links.
Product Data links used in Digital Collection or E-VER features do not by themselves prove legal ownership, legal title, authenticity, market value, lawful acquisition, possession, resale eligibility, product safety, or acceptance by third parties.
E-VER and Digital Collection import outcomes are governed by the Digital Services Terms and the applicable Platform information. Digital Rewards and reward-issued digital items are governed by the Digital Rewards Terms where applicable.
16. Rights holders, brands, and third-party information
Team names, club names, league names, player names, brands, manufacturers, logos, crests, designs, season identifiers, edition identifiers, and other product identifiers may be protected rights of their respective owners.
Jersium may use names, identifiers, images, references, or classifications for platform identification, marketplace, collection, search, information, product-data, or compatibility purposes unless Jersium expressly states an official relationship.
Jersium is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any club, league, federation, brand, manufacturer, player, or rights holder unless Jersium expressly states otherwise.
Rights-holder notices, IP reports, counterfeit reports, brand-rights issues, and similar legal reports are handled under the IP, Copyright & Counterfeit Reporting Policy.
17. Availability and feature changes
Jersium may change, improve, restrict, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove Product Data features, Product Data fields, rarity labels, sample images, price-history indicators, search filters, product pages, collection indicators, correction tools, or related features where necessary or useful for operational, legal, technical, product-data, safety, compliance, rights-management, security, user-experience, or business reasons.
Feature availability, display logic, supported sports, supported Product groups, supported data fields, supported rarity labels, price-history formats, correction tools, and related Product Data functionality may be shown on the Platform or in Help Centre information and may change without amending these rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Jersium does not guarantee that Product Data, rarity, price-history, sample-image, correction, or related data features will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every User, Product, sport, region, Account type, Seller type, listing, E-VER request, Digital Collection entry, or Platform feature.
18. Errors, remedies, and support
If Jersium identifies a Product Data, sample-image, rarity, price-history, or data-display error, Jersium may correct the error, update affected records, ask for User cooperation, restore a feature, deactivate a listing, adjust a Digital Collection entry, update a notification, provide support, or take another action permitted by Platform rules and applicable law.
A Product Data issue does not by itself create a refund, reversal, restoration, compensation, or other remedy. Any available remedy depends on the affected feature, the specific transaction or request, Jersium support decision, mandatory legal rights, and applicable law.
Jersium is not required to compensate Users for changes to Product Data, rarity information, price-history information, sample images, labels, classifications, display logic, search visibility, collection indicators, or similar informational features, except where mandatory law or a specific Jersium support decision requires otherwise.
19. Misuse of Product Data features
Users must not misuse Product Data, rarity, correction, metadata, price-history, search, collection, or related data features.
Misuse includes submitting false corrections, manipulating rarity or price-history signals, creating misleading listings, uploading false proof, distorting Product Data, extracting or copying data contrary to the rights and permitted-use rules set out above, coordinating artificial activity, misusing tags or metadata, creating duplicate or inaccurate entries, or using Product Data to mislead users or avoid Jersium rules.
Jersium may restrict feature access, reject submissions, correct data, deactivate listings, remove content, limit accounts, preserve evidence, report issues, or take other action permitted by Platform rules and applicable law where Product Data features are misused.
20. Records and continued use of Product Data
Jersium may retain and continue to use Product Data Entries, Product Data, sample images, price-history records, correction records, E-VER links, Digital Collection links, listing links, support records, historical snapshots, metadata, audit logs, and derived data where necessary or useful for Platform operation, product-data integrity, legal compliance, fraud prevention, trust and safety, support, evidence preservation, analytics, feature development, or records management.
Jersium is not required to remove non-personal product-data records, historical records, sample images, derived data, aggregated data, anonymised data, correction records, audit records, backups, or logs where removal is not technically, operationally, legally, or proportionately practical.
Personal data contained in Product Data-related records is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section overrides a deletion, restriction, objection, or other data-protection right that applies under mandatory law.
21. Primary rule home and changes
These Product Data Rules are the primary home for Product Data, Product Data Index, sample-image, rarity-information, price-history, product-data-correction, and Product Data permitted-use rules.
Other Platform Policies may explain the role-specific effect of Product Data for a particular feature, transaction, account, submission, or remedy.
Jersium may update these Product Data Rules from time to time. Notice of changes is given in accordance with the Terms of Service.
