Version 1.0 · Effective: August 31, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These Seller Terms govern selling on Jersium. They apply to Users who create listings, offer or sell Products, manage seller settings and orders, use seller tools or Fulfillment Team access, or otherwise act as Sellers. They form part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions; the Terms of Service explain how the Terms & Conditions and Platform information work together, and capitalised terms have the meanings given there unless these Seller Terms state otherwise. Mandatory legal rights always apply — including, for a natural person conducting business activity who contracts with Jersium outside the professional character of their activity, any consumer-equivalent protections applicable law gives them. Private Sellers in the EU and UK have specific rights in relation to Jersium's own seller services, described below.
2. General seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for complying with all consumer-protection, product-safety, tax, marketplace, advertising, trading, intellectual-property, producer-responsibility, and other laws applying to their selling activity in every jurisdiction where they offer or sell Products. Where Products are sold to consumers, the Seller is the consumer's counterparty and bears the seller-side legal duties, including product liability where applicable; Jersium is not the seller, importer, or fulfilment service provider of third-party Products.
3. Who may sell; seller types
To sell you must have a registered Account, be at least 18, complete the seller setup required for your Account type and region, and comply with the Platform Policies and applicable law. Jersium may restrict selling by region, Account type, Seller type, product group, verification status, tax status, product-safety status, payment eligibility, shipping settings, currency, Marketplace Performance, or other operational or compliance criteria, and may refuse, delay, restrict, suspend, or remove selling access where required for compliance, fraud prevention, product safety, marketplace integrity, payment risk, user protection, or policy enforcement.
A Private Seller is not acting for business, trade, professional, or commercial purposes; a Commercial Seller is. Seller type affects verification, tax, invoicing, consumer rights, returns, product-safety obligations, limits, fees, and payout handling. You must not misrepresent your seller type or use a Personal Account for commercial activity. Jersium monitors selling patterns and may require additional information, a switch to a Commercial Account, business verification, updated disclosures, listing restrictions, payout delays where permitted, or account closure where a Private Seller appears to be acting commercially. Jersium may apply Private Seller status levels and limits; the current levels, criteria, and limits are shown on the Platform. Commercial Accounts cannot make purchases on Jersium.
4. Seller setup and listing statuses
Listings become visible and purchasable only once the required seller setup is complete and the listing is eligible under Platform rules. Listings may be draft, active, out of stock, paused under Vacation Mode (treated as not listed; existing obligations continue), or deactivated by Jersium for review, disputes, IP complaints, product-safety concerns, Product Data issues, suspected fraud, policy violations, legal compliance, or missing seller information.
5. Verification, KYC and KYB
Jersium may require identity, business, ownership, representative, authority, address, tax, document, payment-provider, payout, product-safety, sanctions-screening, or other verification before selling, receiving payouts, updating sensitive information, or using specific features. Provide true, accurate, complete, current, and authorised information and update it promptly. Jersium may refuse, delay, restrict, suspend, or close selling access where verification is incomplete, unsuccessful, expired, inconsistent, or raises compliance, fraud, security, product-safety, tax, payment, or platform-integrity concerns. False or manipulated verification information may result in listing removal, delayed payouts, loss of selling privileges, or account closure.
6. Fulfillment Team access
Commercial Sellers may create limited-access Fulfillment Team sub-users for order-related tasks (fulfilment, labels, tracking, returns, transaction records). The main account holder is responsible for all sub-user actions and must ensure each sub-user is authorised, uses their own credentials, keeps them secure, uses Buyer and transaction data only for authorised fulfilment purposes, follows Platform Policies, and complies with law. Jersium may restrict or remove Fulfillment Team access for security, compliance, account integrity, data protection, or policy enforcement.
7. Regional selling, currencies, and ship-to destinations
Sellers may sell only in the regions, currencies, ship-to destinations, and Product categories enabled for their Account and setup, as governed by the Marketplace Terms. Sellers must not bypass regional, currency, payment, tax, product-safety, producer-responsibility, customs, carrier, or shipping restrictions. Sellers must ship from the country or region of their registered selling location unless Jersium expressly enables another origin, and may be required to confirm this. Commercial Sellers may be required to provide and keep current destination-specific consumer mediation, alternative dispute resolution, registration, or other compliance information before a ship-to destination is enabled or remains available.
8. Product eligibility, Product Data, and listing accuracy
Sellers may list only Products eligible through Jersium's Product Data and listing process, using the Product Data Entry, Product type, condition, size, attributes, photos, extras, and shipping settings that accurately match the actual Product. Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading; disclose relevant flaws, defects, repairs, missing elements, unusual sizing, wear, authenticity concerns, and other information a Buyer would reasonably consider important. Use the Condition Guide; selecting a condition confirms the Product meets it.
Listing photos. Upload clear photos of the actual Product. The identity photos required by the listing flow — the wash tag readable to the product code, and the inside collar — are mandatory on every listing at every value: they exist to protect you if an authenticity claim is ever raised against the sale, as explained later in these terms. Authenticity photos (crest, manufacturer logo, sponsor print) and condition photos (front, back; name and number where printed) are required as shown in the flow. Seller-uploaded materials are User Content and Product and Collection Materials under the User Content Rules.
Proof-based claims. Where a claim requires proof — verified autograph, player-issued, match-worn, New With Tags, or similar — upload the required genuine proof clearly connected to the listed Product. Unverified autograph claims must not be presented as verified. "Player-issued" at Jersium means prepared for a player in an official setting, whether or not ultimately worn, and must be supported by accepted documentation or product-specific identifiers. False, manipulated, reused, unrelated, or AI-generated proof is strictly prohibited.
Sellers must have the legal right to sell every Product listed. Products must be genuine, lawfully sourced, and not counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled, prohibited, or infringing; provide evidence of authenticity, lawful sourcing, licensing, or provenance on request. Sellers must not imply endorsement or affiliation by a rights holder unless true and evidenced. Detailed product-safety, illegal-goods, and IP rules: Product Safety & Illegal Goods Policy and IP, Copyright & Counterfeit Reporting Policy.
9. Payments, payout onboarding, and the payment service provider
Payments are processed by one or more licensed or authorised third-party payment service providers and their banking and settlement partners. Funds are held and transferred by those providers and partners and are not held in Jersium's own accounts. Payout activation is conditional on the Seller accepting the payment provider's applicable terms as presented during payout onboarding, and on completing the verification the provider requires. Jersium may change providers; where that requires action from you, Jersium will tell you.
10. Private Sellers in the EU and UK — your right to withdraw and immediate start of our service
This section applies to Private Sellers established in the EU or the UK. It concerns the separate service contract between you and Jersium for Jersium's fee-bearing intermediation and related seller services — not your sales to Buyers.
Your right to withdraw. Because you are a natural person who is not acting for business or professional purposes, you may be treated under applicable EU or UK consumer law as a consumer in relation to the seller services you obtain from Jersium. Where that is the case, you have the right to withdraw from this service contract with Jersium within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right concerns your contract with Jersium for seller services; it does not affect, and is separate from, the sales contracts you enter into with Buyers.
Immediate start of the service, at your request. Jersium's seller services begin as soon as you set up selling and start listing, so that you can sell without waiting out a 14-day period. So that Jersium may begin before the withdrawal period ends, Jersium asks you, during seller setup, to expressly request that Jersium start providing the seller services immediately, and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the service contract once the services have been fully performed. Jersium confirms this request and acknowledgement to you on a durable medium.
What this means for you. If you withdraw before the seller services have been fully performed, you must pay for what Jersium has already provided up to the point you tell Jersium you are withdrawing — that is, the fees earned on the transactions Jersium has already intermediated for you. You cannot recover fees on services already performed. Once the seller services have been fully performed following your express request, your right to withdraw from the service contract is exhausted. Nothing in this section affects fees that are earned, refunded, or retained on individual transactions under these Seller Terms and the Fee Table, or any mandatory right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
If you do not agree. If you do not wish the service to begin immediately, do not complete seller setup or list items; contact Jersium instead. Your statutory rights as a consumer, where they apply, are not affected by this section.
11. Seller taxes and invoices for your sales
Sellers are responsible for the tax obligations of their selling activity — VAT, sales tax, income tax, registration, invoicing, reporting, and record-keeping. Commercial Sellers must issue any invoices or documents the law requires for their sales, except where Jersium is legally responsible for a specific document. Private Sellers may not issue VAT invoices unless legally entitled. Where required by US state law, Jersium calculates, collects, and remits sales or use tax on marketplace transactions as a marketplace facilitator; the tax is shown at checkout, Sellers are not responsible for marketplace-facilitated sales tax on those transactions, but remain responsible for their own income tax and any non-facilitated obligations. Where tax law treats Jersium as a deemed supplier, marketplace facilitator, or similar operator for a transaction, that treatment applies for tax, reporting, and invoicing purposes only and does not make Jersium the seller for product-quality, safety, conformity, delivery, or warranty purposes, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. VAT on Jersium's fees
Jersium's fees are subject to VAT as follows: for Commercial Sellers, fee amounts are stated exclusive of VAT (net), and VAT is charged per the applicable member-state or UK rules — including the reverse-charge procedure where the Seller provides a valid EU or UK VAT number (or, for UK businesses not required to register, confirms business status through the declaration in seller setup). For Private Sellers, fee amounts are inclusive of applicable VAT (gross). Fee treatment follows the Seller type strictly: a Commercial Seller without a valid VAT number is invoiced net plus VAT at the applicable rate, not on the gross basis applicable to Private Sellers. Jersium issues fee invoices electronically, issues corrective invoices where a charged fee is later changed or otherwise requires correction, and may issue fee invoices to Private Sellers; a Private Seller may request one. For Polish B2B counterparties, fee invoices are issued through KSeF. Taxable fees and any pass-through reimbursements that are outside the scope of VAT are shown on separate invoice lines.
13. Tax reporting (DAC7)
Jersium is a reporting platform operator under the Polish implementation of DAC7. Where DAC7 requires information from you, you must provide it accurately and keep it current. Required information may include full legal name; primary address; tax identification number and issuing state; VAT identification number where held; business registration number where applicable; date of birth for individuals; and the financial account identifier for payouts with the account-holder name.
Where DAC7 requires reporting, Jersium reports the required Seller identity and transaction information to the Polish tax administration, which may exchange it with other EU member states. Jersium may freeze payouts and restrict the Account where required tax data is missing, incomplete, or unverifiable.
14. US high-volume sellers (INFORM Consumers Act)
Jersium complies with the US INFORM Consumers Act for its US marketplace activity and applies the Act as in force from time to time.
Sellers whose US sales meet the Act's thresholds for a high-volume third-party seller must provide, within the period the Act requires, and certify annually the accuracy of, the bank account, government identification, tax identification, and contact information the Act requires. Jersium will suspend a high-volume Seller who does not provide or certify the required information. Where a high-volume Seller's US sales meet the Act's disclosure threshold, the Seller's identity is disclosed on the listing or order page as the Act requires, subject to its partial-disclosure rules. US Buyers have a clear and conspicuous route to report suspected counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or fraudulent goods on high-volume-seller listings.
15. Producer responsibility
Commercial Sellers' packaging, textile, and other extended-producer-responsibility obligations — including destination-specific registration requirements that gate certain ship-to destinations — are governed by the Product Safety & Illegal Goods Policy. Private Sellers are exempt.
16. Shipping deadlines, tracking, and dispatch
Ship every order within the shipping deadline shown for the order — deadlines are set in hours from payment authorisation, differ by Seller type, and may be extended by booked sales extras up to the maximum shown, within the absolute ceiling shown. The concrete ship-by time is displayed on each order. If you do not mark the order as shipped with valid tracking by the deadline, the order cancels automatically with a full refund to the Buyer and counts toward your cancellation rate.
Where your Account is a Commercial Seller, you may extend the ship-by date once per order, up to the absolute maximum window already shown for that order, while the order is still awaiting dispatch. The extension is available only before you mark the order shipped, cannot be used a second time, and cannot move the point at which the order cancels automatically beyond that maximum window. It has no fee or payment consequence, and it does not change the Buyer's cancellation or withdrawal position — the Buyer may still ask you to cancel while the order is unshipped, and extending simply gives them longer to do so. This option is not available to Private Sellers.
Every shipment must use tracked shipping with valid tracking entered. Mark an order as shipped only after the parcel has actually been handed to the carrier — payment capture is triggered by that action, and marking early is a policy violation. Where the tracking provider cannot identify the carrier, select it manually. While a Buyer cancellation request is open you cannot mark the order shipped; respond to the request first.
17. Sales extras and personalised orders
Where enabled, you may offer sales extras (name print, number print, patch application). Extras may extend the shipping deadline as shown; where several extras are selected, only the longest additional processing time applies, never beyond the ceiling shown. Personalised Products made to the Buyer's specification are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where law allows; the exclusion applies only to buyer-selected customisation, never to elements the Product already carried, and never limits Buyer rights for faulty, misdescribed, or inauthentic Products.
18. Cancellations
Where a Buyer holds a cancellation or withdrawal right, it takes effect when the Buyer sends it — you do not accept or reject it; your response only reports whether dispatch has occurred, which determines whether the order cancels outright or a return opens. Discretionary requests (Private sales; personalised orders) may be accepted or declined; a decline is final for that order. Sellers are obliged to fulfil orders unless cancellation is permitted; seller-initiated cancellations and deadline expiries count toward your cancellation rate, and repeated cancellations may lead to reduced visibility, restrictions, or account review. Do not cancel to avoid unfavourable pricing, sell elsewhere, or manipulate outcomes.
Where a shipped order has not been delivered by the end of the additional delivery period shown after its latest estimated delivery date, the Buyer may cancel for non-delivery with a full refund; Jersium never cancels a delayed order automatically. If the parcel arrives after such a cancellation, you are responsible for arranging and paying for its return, directly with the Buyer; Jersium does not administer returns for orders already cancelled for non-delivery.
19. Returns and return cooperation
Cooperate with the cancellation, return, refund, statutory, and Buyer Protection processes applying to your Seller type, Product, and region, as set out in the Buyer Terms & Buyer Protection Policy.
EU and UK Commercial Sellers: statutory withdrawal rights apply to eligible non-personalised sales. As the trader, you are responsible for reimbursing the Buyer without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice is given. You may withhold reimbursement until the Product has been received back or the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier; issue the refund through the Platform as soon as one of those points is reached. A returned-goods dispute does not entitle you or Jersium to withhold a statutory withdrawal refund beyond the point permitted by applicable law. Where you have not refunded by then, Jersium will issue the statutory refund to the Buyer no later than the statutory deadline, even where you have reported a problem with the return. Any claim concerning damage, diminished value, or the contents of the returned parcel may need to be pursued separately against the Buyer.
US Commercial Sellers: the Jersium 30-day Platform return policy applies to eligible non-personalised sales. If you report a problem with the returned Product, the refund may be held while the issue is reviewed. If the parties do not resolve it themselves, either party may escalate it and Jersium may determine the Platform outcome, including a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.
Private Sellers: you may offer voluntary returns per listing, with the setting off by default. Where offered, Buyers may return within the window shown; the Buyer pays return shipping; and the refund covers the Product price plus original shipping up to your cheapest delivery option at Order time, subject to the returned-goods rules below. Your payout for a listing with the return offer is held until the return window closes or any requested return or dispute resolves. Ad-hoc goodwill returns use the same Platform return process.
A return not dispatched by the Buyer within the applicable non-statutory ship-back period closes that Platform return process and may release your payout. Do not agree to off-platform returns, payments, or refunds: refunds must always run through Platform tools. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
20. Marketplace Chats and communications
Use Marketplace Chats lawfully and only for relevant transaction purposes. Conduct rules — including the prohibitions on off-platform contact details, payment details, and proposing or inviting off-platform transactions — are in the User Content Rules, which are the primary home for communication rules.
21. Seller Information and contractual priority
The Seller Information field is for practical shop information: shipping times, packaging, specialisation, shop background. It is not a separate set of general terms and conditions competing with Jersium's framework.
A clear seller-specific promise or condition may nonetheless form part of your contract with the Buyer where it was visible before the order was placed, applies to that transaction, is lawful and understandable, and does not conflict with the listing, checkout information, or Jersium's Platform Policies. A promise giving the Buyer additional or more favourable rights does not conflict merely because it is more generous.
Jersium provides no Platform process for administering, monitoring, or enforcing seller-specific promises or conditions. Their fulfilment is a matter between you and the Buyer directly, and they do not modify or extend Jersium's payment, refund, return, or dispute procedures.
Seller Information can never: reduce mandatory buyer rights; reduce Jersium Buyer Protection; replace or modify any part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions or Platform procedures (including payment, refund, return, and dispute procedures); contradict the listing or checkout; impose obligations on Jersium; or amend the separate contract between Jersium and any user.
Order of priority: mandatory applicable law → the transaction-specific listing and checkout information → Jersium's applicable Platform Policies → permitted seller-specific conditions. If a Jersium provision is invalid, unfair, or unenforceable, the consequence is determined by applicable law; a seller condition does not automatically replace it.
Translations. Jersium may automatically translate Seller Information and may display the original text. Translations may contain inaccuracies; mandatory language and consumer-law requirements prevail; structured listing and checkout information and Jersium's Platform Policies prevail over inconsistent free-text seller information; and Seller Information cannot be used to disadvantage a Buyer because of a translation discrepancy. Jersium stores the original text, the translation shown to the Buyer, and the version applicable at the time of purchase.
Where a Buyer is granted a remedy solely because of a translation discrepancy in Seller Information, and the underlying original-language Seller Information was accurate, Jersium may, at its discretion, contribute to or cover the resulting cost — including absorbing the fee impact or the return cost — rather than allocating it to the Seller in the ordinary manner. This does not entitle a Seller to compensation, and does not apply where the Seller's original-language information was itself inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant.
Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their information. Jersium's hosting or translation of it is not legal approval, and Jersium may remove or require changes to prohibited, misleading, or conflicting information.
22. Inventory and availability
Keep inventory accurate; never offer Products you do not possess, control, or have the right and ability to ship. Adding to cart does not reserve an Item; availability confirms at order placement.
23. Data protection — Buyer data
You receive Buyer personal data (name, address, order details, return information) as an independent controller, strictly for order fulfilment, delivery, returns, and your statutory obligations (tax, accounting). You must not use it for marketing, must not retain it beyond necessity, and are responsible for your own compliance with data-protection law, including any duties you have directly to the Buyer. Breach of this section is grounds for suspension. You will never receive a Buyer's identity documents; where a legal claim arises from a returned parcel, the section on returned-parcel problems and buyer identity later in these terms governs what information you may request.
24. Reviews and Marketplace Performance
Reviews can only be submitted by buyers of a completed order. Review conduct rules are in the User Content Rules. Marketplace Performance may include automatic transaction feedback and affects visibility, status, and limits as shown on the Platform. Superseller and status indicators are awarded, suspended, or removed on the criteria shown on the Platform.
25. Vacation Mode
Vacation Mode pauses and hides your listings. It does not cancel existing orders or suspend your shipping, return, refund, or dispute obligations.
26. Marketplace disputes against your sales
Where a Buyer reports a problem, respond in the case thread within the response period shown, with evidence; on not-as-described claims, uploading a usable prepaid return label is a condition of responding (suppressed on authenticity claims, described later in these terms). You may offer a full refund with return or a partial refund, and you may withdraw or replace a pending offer at any time before the Buyer accepts it. Once the Buyer accepts an offer, the open report is resolved for the agreed amount within the Platform process. If you do not respond, the case escalates to Jersium and is decided on the available evidence; non-response may be considered in assessing your compliance with these Seller Terms and delays release of the transaction. Jersium's decision is binding within the Platform process; it never determines rights that cannot be excluded by law.
27. No confirmation pressure
Do not pressure, induce, reward, or repeatedly ask a Buyer to confirm an order as arrived and as described. A single neutral question about arrival is fine. Confirmation pressure — particularly where your payout timing depends on Buyer confirmation — is monitored in message review and may result in Marketplace Performance consequences and account review.
28. Order completion and payout
Orders complete by any of the four routes described in the Buyer Terms (Buyer confirmation; automatic completion after the period shown; completion on dispute resolution; or administrative completion in routine processing). Completion releases your payout through the payment service provider, subject to any applicable hold, verification, recovery, or provider processing. On a completed transaction, the Seller fees that remain payable under the Fee Table become earned as described below.
Completion does not end a Buyer's statutory withdrawal window, authenticity-claim window, fraud handling, or other rights that the applicable Platform Policies or mandatory law say survive completion.
29. Fees
Seller fees are set out in the Fee Table: the Platform Intermediation Fee and the Payment Processing Fee, calculated on the fee base described there and subject to the minimum seller fee per Seller Order. The Payment Processing Fee is Jersium's own charge for providing payment processing on your sales, including authorisation, settlement, refund handling, and payment-dispute support. It is a single blended rate set by Jersium and is not a reimbursement of what any third-party provider charges Jersium.
When fees are earned. Fee amounts may be calculated, reserved, or withheld earlier in the transaction — including withholding associated with payment capture after shipment — but no Seller fee is treated as earned until the transaction reaches its final outcome. At that point, the fee amounts that remain payable under these Seller Terms and the Fee Table become earned. The Fee Table explains which components remain payable for completion, cancellation, a full return, withdrawal, non-delivery, Buyer Protection outcomes, Jersium-caused failures, prohibited items, fraud, and payment disputes.
Partial refunds do not reduce fees. Where any amount of the Product price remains with you after a partial refund, the Seller fees for that transaction remain payable in full, subject to any exceptional reduction Jersium expressly grants where full retention would be manifestly disproportionate. In multi-item Orders, fee treatment is assessed by item line where the Fee Table says so; a fully returned line does not affect the fee treatment of other completed lines.
Minimum seller fee. The total Seller fees charged on a Seller Order are subject to the minimum seller fee shown in the Fee Table. The minimum applies at Seller-Order level. If one or more item lines are fully returned or refunded but at least one item line remains completed, the minimum seller fee still applies. If the entire Seller Order is cancelled or refunded in full, the minimum seller fee no longer applies. However, any Payment Processing Fee that remains payable under the Fee Table is still charged.
Fee invoices, corrective invoices, and VAT treatment are described above. Fee deductions are made from Order proceeds, balances, payouts, or future proceeds. Fee changes follow the notice rules in the Terms of Service.
30. Refund offers
You may offer a refund or partial refund through Platform tools. You may withdraw or replace a pending offer at any time before the Buyer accepts it; once the Buyer accepts an offer, that resolution is final within the Platform process. Do not use refund offers to pressure a Buyer, move a transaction off-platform, avoid Buyer Protection, or manipulate outcomes.
31. Debit authorisation, negative balances, and recovery
You authorise Jersium, acting through the payment service provider, to withhold, offset, debit, reverse, or recover from your proceeds, balance, and future payouts any amount that these Seller Terms, the Fee Table, or another applicable Platform Policy states is recoverable from you, including refunds, withdrawal refunds after payout, Buyer Protection outcomes, authenticity remedies, fees, fee corrections, chargebacks or chargeback costs where applicable, and enforcement amounts. Where your balance is insufficient, the amount becomes a debt recorded against your Account and may be set off against future proceeds; Jersium may restrict selling until it is settled and may recover amounts due through any other lawful means, including invoicing and legal proceedings.
32. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Cooperate with chargeback and payment-dispute handling: Jersium responds using Order data, tracking, communications, listing data, and your evidence. Where a chargeback is lost, any disputed amount or chargeback cost recoverable from you is handled as set out in the Fee Table. Fees already earned on the transaction remain earned. Where the payment provider confirms that fraud liability shifted to the issuer for the specific transaction, no Seller debit is made for that fraud chargeback.
Nothing in this section limits Jersium's ability to recover amounts arising from Seller fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or another breach of the Platform Policies.
33. Statutory withdrawal after payout
Because payouts release at completion while a Buyer's statutory withdrawal window may still be open, a withdrawal after payout is settled by refunding the Buyer and debiting your balance as described below. This is the normal operation of the statutory right, not a dispute. The fee consequences of a cancelled transaction are governed by the fee rules above and the Fee Table.
34. Authenticity claims against your sales
A Buyer may raise an authenticity claim for 120 days from the delivery scan (130 from shipment where no scan exists), before or after completion. You will be asked for provenance and evidence within the response period shown; the mandatory identity photos on your listing, described above, are your primary protection — where your listing carries them and they match the delivered item, an item-swap allegation is investigated as such rather than resolved against you.
Jersium does not authenticate items; a decision only determines whether a Buyer Protection remedy is granted. Where a claim qualifies, the Buyer is refunded in full after a tracked return funded by you (waived only where the item is seized or shipment is prohibited; a seized or lost return leg counts as delivered). Jersium may restrict the affected listing and review your account — with reasons, and a review route where a moderation action is taken. Fee treatment and recovery follow the rules described above.
35. Returned-goods problems and buyer identity
If a returned parcel is wrong — for example, the purchased Product is missing, a different Product was returned, or the Product is materially damaged, altered, or incomplete — report it through the return screen.
For a US Commercial-Seller return or a Private-Seller return, the refund may be held while the returned-goods dispute is reviewed. If you and the Buyer do not resolve the issue yourselves, either party may escalate it. Jersium may review the available evidence and determine the Platform outcome, including a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.
For an EU or UK statutory withdrawal, a returned-goods dispute does not entitle you or Jersium to withhold a statutory withdrawal refund beyond the point permitted by applicable law. Any claim concerning damage, diminished value, or the contents of the returned parcel may need to be pursued separately against the Buyer. Jersium may facilitate communication between you and the Buyer.
Where Jersium resolves a contested return by issuing a refund to the Buyer over your objection, Jersium may verify the Buyer's identity and, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, provide you with the minimum verified information needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Identity-document images are never provided to you. Requests and disclosures are logged and limited to the relevant legal-claim or competent-authority purpose. Jersium may determine the refund or payout outcome within the Platform where these terms provide for Jersium adjudication, but does not determine either party's independent legal liability.
36. Records, evidence, and cooperation
Keep and provide on request the records reasonably needed to support listings, authenticity, lawful sourcing, provenance, product safety, tax, invoices, shipping, returns, customs, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in listing deactivation, refund handling, payout delay, or enforcement.
37. Listing review and enforcement
Jersium may review, remove, deactivate, hide, restrict, correct, or require changes to listings for Product Data accuracy, product safety, IP complaints, counterfeit concerns, condition or proof issues, verification, regional availability, fraud prevention, Buyer Protection, or legal compliance. Deactivation does not by itself mean you violated the law and may be used while a concern is investigated. You remain responsible for outstanding orders regardless of listing status.
38. Fraud prevention
Jersium's fraud-prevention and platform-integrity rules are in the Terms of Service and apply to all selling activity.
39. Account review, restrictions, suspension, and closure
Jersium may manually review reports, transaction patterns, and account activity at any time, and may restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke selling privileges where continued access presents legal, compliance, fraud, safety, reputational, financial, or operational concerns, creates a disproportionate administrative burden, is not commercially reasonable to continue supporting, or for another legitimate platform-management reason. There are no automatic numeric thresholds; decisions are made by a person on the facts. Where selling features are restricted, suspended, or terminated, you receive a statement of reasons and may use the review process in the User Content Rules; immediate restriction remains available where fraud, counterfeit risk, or user safety warrants it. Where Jersium terminates seller services in their entirety for an EU or UK Commercial Seller, the additional notice rules in the Platform-to-Business information section below apply. Restriction or closure does not cancel your obligation to complete outstanding transactions, resolve disputes, fund refunds, cooperate with investigations, provide required documents, or comply with law. Any account action is separate from the resolution of an individual order.
40. EU and UK Commercial Sellers — Platform-to-Business information
Scope. This section applies where the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150) or its UK equivalent applies to Jersium's seller services — in substance, to Commercial Sellers established in the EU or the UK offering Products to consumers in the EU or the UK. It supplements the rest of these Seller Terms; where this section gives a Seller within its scope more protection than another provision, this section prevails for that Seller.
Changes to these terms. Adverse changes follow the notice rules in the Terms of Service, with at least 15 days' notice. Where a change requires you to make technical or commercial adaptations — for example to listing data, shipping configuration, pricing, or integrations — Jersium provides a proportionately longer notice period reflecting the adaptation reasonably required. You may terminate your use of seller services before a change takes effect. Changes are not applied retroactively, except where required by a legal or regulatory obligation or where the change is beneficial to you. A notice period can be waived only by your express written statement or a clear affirmative action.
Termination of seller services by Jersium. The grounds for restricting, suspending, or terminating seller access, and the statement-of-reasons and review rules, are set out in the account-review section above and the User Content Rules. In addition, where Jersium decides to terminate the provision of seller services to you in their entirety, Jersium provides a statement of reasons on a durable medium at least 30 days before the termination takes effect. This 30-day period does not apply where Jersium is subject to a legal or regulatory obligation to terminate immediately, where an imperative reason under applicable law justifies immediate termination, or where you have repeatedly infringed these Seller Terms; in those cases Jersium still provides a statement of reasons unless legally prevented from doing so. You can contest the facts and circumstances through the review route identified in the statement of reasons, and access is restored where a restriction, suspension, or termination is found to have resulted from error.
Ending the relationship on your side. You may stop selling at any time: pause or delete your listings, stop accepting orders, or close your Account under the Terms of Service. Jersium imposes no notice period and no termination fee. Outstanding obligations — open orders, returns, disputes, fees, negative balances, and record-keeping duties — survive.
Ranking. The main parameters of marketplace search ranking, their relative importance, the default sort order, and the availability and labelling of sponsored placements — where remuneration paid by a Seller may influence position — are described in the Marketplace Terms and the relevant Platform information.
Jersium's own offerings and differentiated treatment. Jersium sells its own digital Items and services — E-VER, digital products, vouchers, and digital rewards — as described in the Marketplace Terms and the Digital Services Terms. Jersium does not currently offer physical Products of its own in marketplace listings and does not rank its own offerings within marketplace Product search. As Platform operator, Jersium has access to platform-wide data that individual Sellers do not have (see the data description below) and uses dedicated Platform surfaces to present its own digital offerings. If Jersium, or a business it controls, in future offers goods or services in competition with Sellers, Jersium will describe the main economic, commercial, and legal considerations of any differentiated treatment in this section or in linked Platform information before doing so.
Ancillary services offered to your Buyers. Jersium provides Buyer Protection to Buyers of your Products at no charge to the Buyer, and may offer Buyers digital services such as Digital Collection import, as described in the Buyer Terms & Buyer Protection Policy and the Digital Services Terms. You may offer the sales extras supported by the listing flow; you may not attach your own separate ancillary goods or services to a Jersium transaction outside the tools Jersium provides.
Data provided or generated through the Platform. Jersium, as operator, has access to the data provided or generated through the Platform — including listing data, order and transaction data, communications sent through Platform tools, performance data, and technical data — and uses it as described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. During the relationship, you have access through your seller tools to the data you provide and the data generated by your own selling activity: your listings, orders, transaction and payout records, fee invoices, Buyer fulfilment data for your orders, your Marketplace Performance information, and your case and return records. You have access to aggregated marketplace information only where Jersium makes it available on the Platform, such as price-history indicators shown on product pages; Jersium does not currently provide Sellers with platform-wide raw or aggregated datasets. Data is shared with third parties where necessary to operate the service or to comply with law — the payment service provider, carriers and tracking services, verification and fraud-prevention providers, tax authorities, and the other recipients described in the Privacy Policy. After termination or closure of your Account, your access to seller tools ends; Jersium retains data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable retention law, so you should export the records you need before closure, and Jersium will provide transaction records you reasonably need for tax, accounting, or legal-compliance purposes on request. Buyer personal data you received for fulfilment remains subject to the data-protection section above.
Additional distribution channels. Jersium may present or promote listings through additional channels, such as search engines, price-comparison services, social media, and Jersium marketing communications. Jersium does not currently operate an affiliate programme; if one is introduced, information about it will be provided in Platform information.
Your intellectual property. These Seller Terms do not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Jersium. You retain ownership of your content and grant the licences described in the User Content Rules; Jersium's own rights in the Platform and the Product Data Index are described in the Terms of Service and the Product Data Rules.
No parity restrictions. Jersium does not restrict you from offering the same Products through other channels, including at different prices or on different conditions. The prohibition on moving a transaction that originated on Jersium off-platform is an anti-circumvention rule for that transaction and does not limit your general freedom to sell elsewhere.
Complaints and mediation. Jersium currently falls within the Regulation's small-enterprise exemption from the internal complaint-handling and mediation provisions. The review route described in the account-review section above and in the User Content Rules remains available to you. When Jersium no longer qualifies for that exemption, Jersium will operate the internal complaint-handling system and identify the mediators the Regulation requires, and will update this section accordingly.
41. Changes
Jersium may update these Seller Terms. Notice of adverse changes — at least 15 days — and your right to stop using seller features before a change takes effect are governed by the Terms of Service. Outstanding obligations continue to apply.
