Version 1.0 · Effective: August 31, 2026 Buyer purchases, cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes, and Buyer Protection
1. Purpose and scope
These Buyer Terms & Buyer Protection Policy govern purchases made by Buyers through Jersium, including marketplace purchases from third-party Sellers and buyer-side processes such as checkout, delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes, transaction feedback, and Buyer Protection. Purchases of Jersium's own digital Items and services are governed by the Digital Services Terms and the applicable checkout terms.
These terms apply to Buyers with a registered Account and, where available, to Guests. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service unless these terms state otherwise. They form part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions; the Terms of Service explain how the Terms & Conditions and Platform information work together. These terms explain Jersium Buyer Protection. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights, warranty rights, conformity rights, refund rights, or other remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Buyers are consumers
Buying on Jersium is designed for consumers: Commercial Accounts cannot make purchases, and Jersium's buyer-side processes, rights, and communications are built on that basis. Personal Accounts are intended for private purchases. Where a purchase is nevertheless made for purposes connected with a trade, business, craft, or profession, rights that the law reserves to consumers apply only as provided by law.
3. Who may buy
A Buyer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to purchase through Jersium. Jersium may refuse, cancel, restrict, or review purchases where required for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, age or capacity concerns, payment security, product safety, legal compliance, Buyer Protection, risk controls, or platform integrity. Some features, purchase types, payment methods, or destinations may require a registered Account, identity checks, address confirmation, or other steps shown on the Platform.
4. Guest checkout
Jersium may allow eligible Buyers to purchase as Guests. Guests may use Jersium's order-related messaging, problem reporting, dispute communication, return processes, and, where applicable, identity verification, without creating an account; access may require secure verification through the email address or order details connected to the purchase. Account-based features (Digital Collection, E-VER vouchers, saved order history, reviews, profile features) may require an Account. A Guest remains bound by the Platform Policies that apply to the purchase.
5. Seller types and who you buy from
Jersium displays whether a Seller is a Private Seller or a Commercial Seller. Seller type matters: legal rights, return rights, statutory guarantees, invoicing, and product-safety responsibilities differ depending on whether the Product is sold by a Commercial Seller or a Private Seller.
For marketplace Products, the Seller is the seller of the Product and is responsible for the Product, the listing, shipping, condition, authenticity, lawful sourcing, product-safety information, and their seller obligations, including product liability where applicable. Jersium provides the Platform, checkout, payment support through its payment service provider, Buyer Protection, and related services. Jersium is not the seller, importer, or fulfilment service provider of third-party marketplace Products unless Jersium expressly states otherwise.
The seller identity, contact details, and additional seller information shown for a transaction are recorded and stored as they existed at the time of purchase. Where seller information is translated, Jersium stores both the original and the translated version shown to you.
6. Commercial Seller purchases — your statutory rights
If a Product is sold by a Commercial Seller, you may have mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by the Seller, by Jersium, or by seller-added terms.
For EU Buyers, statutory conformity and legal guarantee rights apply under EU and national law: if the Product is faulty, not as described, or lacks conformity, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. For UK Buyers, statutory rights apply under UK consumer law where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose. For US Buyers, warranty, misrepresentation, and consumer-protection rights may apply under federal or state law. These rights apply in addition to Jersium Buyer Protection and are exercised against the Seller, as explained in the section on what survives order completion below.
7. Private Seller purchases
Private Sellers are not acting for business purposes. Purchases from Private Sellers generally do not carry the consumer-law withdrawal, legal-guarantee, and invoicing rights that apply when a trader sells to a consumer. Other rights under applicable law may still apply, and change-of-mind returns are available where the Seller offers them or agrees to a request, as described below.
A Private Seller must still describe the Product accurately, disclose relevant flaws, comply with Platform Policies, ship with tracking, and cooperate with Buyer Protection. Buyer Protection applies to purchases from Private Sellers in full, including for non-delivery under the tracking and item-not-received rules below, Products that significantly differ from the listing, and inauthentic Products.
8. Regional availability, ship-to, and delivery information
Purchasing is available only where Jersium enables the relevant Buyer region, Seller region, ship-to destination, currency, Product category, payment method, and checkout flow, as governed by the Marketplace Terms. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and delivery contact details. If delivery fails because you provided incorrect information, refused delivery, failed to collect a parcel, or otherwise prevented delivery, the return and delivery-failure rules described below apply.
9. Prices, taxes, and no buyer fees
Jersium does not charge Buyers a marketplace fee. The amounts payable at checkout are the Product price, shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any optional services or extras you select. Where an Order ships from outside your customs territory, customs charges, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply on top of the amount you pay at checkout. These are set by the authorities and carriers involved: Jersium does not know their amount, does not calculate or collect them, and cannot tell you in advance what they will be. Jersium may show a notice where an Order would ship from outside your customs territory, but the charges themselves are payable by you, usually to the carrier or the authorities on or after delivery. Review the total amount, currency, destination, Seller type, and details before completing checkout. Where required by US state law, Jersium calculates, collects, and remits sales tax on marketplace transactions as a marketplace facilitator; the tax is shown at checkout.
10. Product information, condition, and listing photos
Sellers must select a condition matching the Condition Guide and disclose relevant flaws. Review the listing photos — which show the actual Product — the condition, the Seller type, proof photos, included items, customisation, and shipping information before purchase. Sample images and Product Data are informational (Product Data Rules). For used, vintage, match-worn, player-issued, or older Products, normal age and wear may be present unless the listing states otherwise. A Product may still be not as described if its actual condition materially differs from the listing, a material defect was not disclosed, or it does not match a special claim in the listing.
11. Seller information and seller-added conditions
Sellers may provide practical shop information (shipping times, packaging, specialisation, background). A clear seller-specific promise visible before you ordered, applicable to your transaction, lawful, and consistent with the listing, checkout, and Platform Policies may form part of your contract with the Seller — including promises more favourable to you. Seller information can never reduce your mandatory rights, reduce Buyer Protection, replace or modify any part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions or Platform procedures (including payment, refund, return, and dispute procedures), or contradict the listing or checkout. Jersium provides no Platform process for administering or enforcing seller-specific promises: their fulfilment is a matter between you and the Seller directly, and they do not modify Jersium's payment, refund, return, or dispute procedures. The order of priority and translation rules are set out in the Seller Terms and apply equally in your favour.
12. Order formation, confirmation, and invoices
Order formation, payment processing, order confirmation, and transaction records are governed by the Marketplace Terms. Jersium sends an order confirmation email containing key transaction information and makes the immutable Order Summary available on the Platform. For Commercial Seller purchases, Jersium provides the statutory withdrawal information and model withdrawal form where applicable and as required by law. Any invoice for the Product itself is issued by the Seller: Commercial Sellers issue the invoices the law requires for their sales, and Private Sellers generally do not issue invoices. If you need a VAT or business invoice for a Product, check the Seller type before you buy. Jersium's order confirmations and transaction records are not invoices for the Product.
13. Cancelling your order
Whether you can cancel depends on what you bought: non-personalised purchases from Commercial Sellers carry the cancellation rights described below; for purchases from Private Sellers and for personalised orders, cancellation is a request that the Seller may accept or decline, as described below.
For as long as a cancellation path exists and remains open, your order screen shows a cancellation option, and a cancellation is carried out according to the phase the order is in. An order cancelled before shipment is refunded in full — you are not charged, or the payment authorisation is released. Where the parcel is already on its way, an accepted or effective cancellation is completed as a return once the parcel arrives (where your carrier allows it, you may instead refuse the unopened parcel, and the original tracking then confirms it is on its way back). After delivery, a cancellation is completed as a return under the rules described below.
While a cancellation request is open, the Seller cannot mark the order as shipped. If the Seller neither responds nor ships, the order cancels automatically at the shipping deadline with a full refund. Where the Seller is a Commercial Seller, the ship-by date shown for your order may be extended once, to no later than the maximum ship-by window shown; the order still ships no later than that maximum window, and your estimated delivery window may move accordingly.
Where you have a right to cancel, your cancellation takes effect the moment you send it: the Seller does not accept or reject it, and only reports whether the parcel has already been dispatched. Where you do not have a right to cancel, your cancellation is a request until the Seller accepts it.
Independently of Seller type and personalisation, an order that has not arrived within the additional delivery period after its latest estimated delivery date can be cancelled for non-delivery, as described in the delivery and delays section below.
14. Commercial Sellers — EU and UK: your withdrawal right
If you are an EU or UK consumer buying a non-personalised Product from a Commercial Seller, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, from the moment you place the Order until 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominated, other than the carrier) receive the Product. Where the Seller offers an extended window, the longer period shown on the listing applies.
You can exercise the right using the cancellation option on your Order or the model withdrawal form provided through Jersium — both are equally valid — and your withdrawal is effective when you send it. Follow the return instructions shown for the Order.
The Product must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal. Jersium's normal return process uses tracked shipping, and you should keep proof that the Product was sent back. You bear the direct cost of the return unless the Seller offers free returns, as shown on the listing. Your refund covers the Product price plus the original standard delivery cost and is made using the same means of payment you used. Your refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day Jersium is informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund may be withheld until the Product has been received back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
15. Commercial Sellers — US: 30-day returns
For eligible US purchases from Commercial Sellers, Jersium applies a 30-day Platform return policy: you may request a return of a non-personalised Product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Send the Product back within the ship-back period shown in the return process using tracked shipping. You pay return shipping unless the Seller offers free returns. An eligible refund covers the Product price plus original standard shipping and is issued to your original payment method.
This is a Jersium Platform return policy, separate from EU or UK statutory withdrawal rights. Returned-Product disputes are handled under the returned-goods rules below.
16. Private Sellers offering voluntary returns
Some Private Sellers voluntarily offer returns on a listing, shown by the listing badge. Where offered, you may return the Product for any reason within 14 days of delivery: the Product must be returned unworn and in original condition using tracked shipping, at your own cost, and your refund covers the Product price plus the original shipping you paid, up to the Seller's cheapest delivery option available when you ordered, subject to the returned-goods rules below.
This voluntary window ends early if you confirm the Order as arrived and as described — the confirmation screen tells you this before you confirm.
17. Requests without a return right
Where no return right applies — a Private Seller without the return offer, or a personalised Commercial order — you can still ask. Your request goes to the Seller, who may accept or decline; many don't accept change-of-mind returns, and that is their right. If the Seller accepts, the return runs on the same rails: tracked shipping at your cost, refund through Jersium once the Seller confirms receipt of the return. If the Seller declines, the request cannot be repeated for that order. Never send an item back, or send or accept a refund, outside Jersium — off-platform arrangements are not protected and are prohibited.
Personalised Products — customised at your request with name, number, patch, or similar — are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where applicable law allows, because they are made to your specification. This exclusion never applies merely because a Product already carried a name, number, or patch as part of its original design, and it never limits your rights for faulty, misdescribed, or inauthentic Products.
18. Return discipline, deadlines, and delivery failures
The general return rules in this section are subject to the statutory-withdrawal rights described in section 14 and do not reduce rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Return the Product within the ship-back period shown when your return is accepted, in its original condition, with all tags, included items, and packaging, except where applicable law allows handling needed to inspect it. Use tracked shipping and keep proof; an untracked return can complete only if the Seller confirms receipt, at your risk. Return only to the address provided through the Platform.
If you do not dispatch a non-statutory return within the ship-back period shown, the Jersium return process for that Order closes, no refund is processed through Jersium, and the Seller's payout may be released. Anything sent after that is a matter between you and the Seller directly. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.
For statutory withdrawals, refund timing and any right to withhold reimbursement are governed by section 14 and applicable law. For other returns, if a return you arranged is lost in transit, claim against your carrier and the refund normally requires the Product to reach the Seller; where the Seller provided the return label, your refund proceeds and the Seller claims against their carrier.
If a parcel is returned to the Seller because you refused delivery, failed to collect it, or provided incorrect information: where you held a live cancellation right described above, this counts as exercising it, and you are refunded the Product price plus original standard shipping; otherwise you are refunded the Product price only — the forfeited outbound shipping reflects that the return leg would otherwise have been your cost. Repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions.
19. Refund timing and method
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency to the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. Timing depends on the type of cancellation, return, and dispute. Cancellations before shipment are processed through the applicable cancellation flow; statutory withdrawals follow section 14; and other returns follow the applicable return and returned-goods process in these terms. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to make refunded amounts available, and Jersium is not responsible for their fees or exchange-rate differences except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
20. Identity verification in contested returns
Orders that include a Private-Seller item require the full legal name of the purchasing person at checkout; provide it accurately. The delivery recipient may be a different person.
Jersium may require identity verification when resolving a contested return, including where a refund is issued to you over the Seller's objection. Identity verification is not required simply to start a return. Where Jersium requires it, the check confirms identity information using an accepted identity document and the order information available to Jersium. The Privacy Policy explains how the check is carried out, what is retained, and when limited verified information may be disclosed. Identity-document images are never shown to Sellers.
Where identity verification is required as part of a non-statutory Platform dispute resolution, failure to complete the required check may affect the Platform remedy Jersium can provide. Mandatory statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
21. Problems with returned parcels
A Seller may report that a returned parcel was wrong — for example, that the purchased Product is missing, a different Product was returned, or the Product was materially damaged, altered, or incomplete.
For US Commercial-Seller returns and Private-Seller returns, Jersium may hold the refund while the returned-goods dispute is reviewed. If the parties do not resolve the issue themselves, either party may escalate it. Jersium may review the available evidence and determine the Platform outcome, including a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund.
For an EU or UK statutory withdrawal, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. A Seller claim concerning damage, diminished value, or the contents of the returned parcel may need to be pursued separately against the Buyer. Jersium may facilitate communication and, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, provide minimum verified Buyer information for the establishment, exercise, or defence of a legal claim.
Where Jersium resolves a contested return by issuing a refund to you over the Seller's objection, identity verification may be required as described above. Return fraud may result in account action and may be reported to competent authorities. Both parties keep the legal rights they independently have against each other.
22. Delivery, tracking, and delays
Every shipment on Jersium includes tracking. Delivery estimates are estimates only.
The delay clock runs from your estimated delivery window as most recently notified to you, which a one-time seller extension of the ship-by date may adjust, within the maximum ship-by window. If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, the order shows a delayed status and you can report the delay through your order. Reporting a delay is not a cancellation: it alerts the Seller, who traces the parcel with their carrier, and the parcel may still arrive.
If the order has still not arrived once the additional delivery period shown on your order has passed — measured from the latest estimated delivery date, not from when you report the delay — a cancellation option for non-delivery becomes available. This applies to every physical order, whatever the Seller type and whether or not the Product is personalised. You choose what happens next: keep waiting, in which case the order simply stays open, or cancel for non-delivery and receive a full refund. Jersium never cancels a delayed order automatically.
If the parcel arrives after you cancelled for non-delivery, refuse delivery where reasonably possible or make the item available for return. The Seller is responsible for arranging and paying for the return; you bear no return cost. Jersium does not administer returns for orders already cancelled for non-delivery — the return is arranged directly between you and the Seller.
Where a delivery scan to the correct address is recorded before you cancel, the item-not-received rules described above apply.
23. Order completion ("arrived & as described")
Confirming an order as arrived and as described completes the transaction: the Seller is paid, eligible Digital Collection items become claimable, feedback opens, and Buyer Protection for the order closes except as described in the section on what survives completion below.
An order completes by any of four routes, and each has the same effect:
- You confirm it — available from delivery. On listings with a voluntary return offer, confirming also ends that return window; the confirmation screen says so before you confirm.
- Automatic completion — if you neither confirm nor report a problem within the period shown on your order screen (a visible countdown, with one extension available via "I need more time to check the order"), the order completes automatically. Automatic completion is not treated as a statement by you; it means only that the reporting period ended without an open report.
- Completion on resolution of a dispute — where a report or dispute is resolved and the order proceeds.
- Administrative completion in routine processing — Jersium may complete an order following review where you have neither confirmed nor reported a problem; this never occurs earlier than 14 days after delivery.
An open problem report or return request freezes the completion countdown until resolved.
24. What survives completion
Completion closes Buyer Protection for issues you could have identified and reported within the window. Three paths remain open afterwards:
- Your statutory withdrawal or platform return window (Commercial Sellers) — described above, this runs its full course regardless of completion or payout. The cancellation option stays on your order screen until the window ends.
- Authenticity claims — for the window described below.
- Fraud — and any statutory, card-scheme, or other rights that cannot be excluded by contract, including your conformity rights against Commercial Sellers, described above, which you pursue against the Seller; Jersium's messaging remains open to contact them.
Everything else — including condition, described flaws, fit, and change of mind outside a return window — closes at completion.
25. Buyer Protection — scope
Jersium Buyer Protection applies to every marketplace Order, subject to the eligibility, deadline, evidence, and process rules in these terms. It covers, through the processes below: non-delivery, Products that significantly differ from the listing, and inauthentic Products. Jersium Store Items are purchased directly from Jersium and carry at least equivalent support, plus your statutory rights.
Buyer Protection does not cover: change of mind outside a return window; personal preference, fit, or sizing where the labelled size was accurately stated; expected vintage wear or properly disclosed flaws; ordinary colour variation from screens; rarity, price-history, or Product Data classifications changing; carrier delay alone; issues caused by your own incorrect information or lack of cooperation; or off-platform payments, returns, refunds, or arrangements of any kind. These exclusions never limit mandatory statutory rights.
Buyer Protection processes must be used honestly; the account review section below describes the consequences of misuse.
26. Item not received
Two situations are handled differently within Jersium's process:
No delivery scan exists. The Order falls under the non-delivery handling described above: the Seller traces the parcel, and once the additional delivery period has passed you may cancel for non-delivery with a full refund. You carry no evidence burden merely because the carrier has not recorded delivery.
A delivery scan to your correct address exists. For Jersium Buyer Protection, a carrier delivery scan to the correct address is normally treated as evidence of delivery, unless there is credible evidence of carrier error, misdelivery, or another circumstance requiring review. Jersium may use the tracking and other available evidence when deciding the Platform outcome. This allocation within Buyer Protection does not limit mandatory statutory rights or any independent right you may have against the Seller or carrier under applicable law.
27. Authenticity claims
Jersium has a strict anti-counterfeit policy, and authenticity is the one Buyer Protection category that survives completion: you may raise an authenticity claim for 120 days from the delivery scan (or 130 days from shipment confirmation where no delivery scan was ever recorded), whether or not the order has completed and paid out.
Raising a claim. Report the issue through your order's problem flow and provide the required evidence, including photos of the item's identifying details against the listing images and the basis for your claim. Where the claim is raised after you confirmed the order, the burden of substantiating it sits with you. The Seller is given the opportunity to respond with provenance and evidence. Every claim is reviewed by a person; evidence patterns inform the decision but never decide it automatically.
What a decision means. Jersium does not authenticate items. A decision determines only whether a remedy is granted under Buyer Protection on the information reasonably available — it is not a certification, appraisal, or determination that an item is or is not genuine.
The remedy. Where a claim qualifies, you receive a full refund (item price plus original shipping, to your original payment method) after returning the item through a tracked, Seller-funded return — the same rule before or after completion. A return is not required where the item has been seized or retained by a competent authority or rights holder, or where shipment is prohibited or refused under applicable law or carrier rules; in those cases Jersium determines the refund without a return. If the return shipment is seized or lost on the way back, it counts as delivered for your refund.
Your obligations. Keep the item, packaging, tags, and labels unchanged while a claim is open; do not wear, wash, alter, sell, transfer, or dispose of it unless Jersium instructs otherwise. You must never resell, relist, or knowingly transfer an item you know or reasonably suspect to be counterfeit — including an item refunded to you without a return. Doing so is treated as abuse and may lead to recovery of the refund and account action.
28. Products that significantly differ from the listing
A Product significantly differs where the actual item is materially different from what was listed, shown, or promised: the wrong Product, materially wrong size, materially different condition, undisclosed major flaws, missing included items or promised tags, or materially inaccurate special claims (autograph, match-worn, player-issued, version, edition). Minor differences, expected wear, disclosed flaws, and screen-related colour variation do not qualify.
Process. Report through the problem flow with at least two photos and a description. The Seller has the response period shown in the flow to respond in the case thread — with evidence, a full refund with return (Seller-funded label), or a partial refund offer. You may accept or decline any offer; declining returns the case to the thread, and you may escalate to Jersium once the escalation conditions shown in the flow are met (or if the Seller stays silent). Jersium may uphold the claim in full (return required on a Seller-funded label), uphold it in part (a partial refund Jersium sets), or reject it, based on the evidence.
Partial refunds. If you accept a Seller's partial-refund offer, you agree that the specific report described in the case is resolved within Jersium for the agreed amount; this does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. A Seller may withdraw or replace a pending offer at any time before you accept it; once you accept an offer, the open report is resolved for the agreed amount within the Platform process. Where Jersium sets a partial amount in adjudication, that is the Platform's resolution of the report.
29. Faulty, damaged, or unsafe Products
Report faulty, damaged, unsafe, or defective Products promptly through the problem-report process described above. For Commercial Seller purchases, your statutory conformity rights, described above, apply in addition and are not time-limited by Buyer Protection windows. If a Product appears unsafe, recalled, or dangerous, stop using it and report it; recalls and safety notices are handled under the Product Safety & Illegal Goods Policy, and Jersium will contact you where a recall affects your order.
30. Digital Collection entries follow the order
Eligible purchases may unlock a Digital Collection entry once the order completes. If a purchase is unwound by any route — withdrawal, return, refund, authenticity remedy, fraud, or chargeback — claimed entries are removed and unclaimed entitlements are withdrawn. Where a cancellation is granted before completion, entitlements are not created. Details are in the Digital Services Terms.
31. Payment disputes
If something goes wrong with a payment or an order, contact Jersium and use the Platform process first — it is usually faster and keeps the evidence in one place. Payment disputes must not be used to make false claims, obtain duplicate refunds, keep both the Product and the refund, or reverse a valid payment without a legitimate basis. Where a payment dispute is opened, Jersium may provide transaction records, tracking, communications, and Buyer Protection records to the payment provider and other parties involved, and abusive or bad-faith payment disputes lead to the consequences described in the account review section below. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
32. Reviews, feedback, and communications
Reviews can be submitted only by Buyers of a completed Jersium order. Review conduct, chat conduct, and communication rules are governed by the User Content Rules. Do not use reviews, chats, or reports to pressure a Seller or to move a transaction off Jersium.
33. Honest use, account review, and restrictions
Buyer Protection, returns, refunds, chargebacks, reports, reviews, and support must be used honestly and in good faith. Jersium may manually review Buyer Protection reports, transaction patterns, and account activity at any time. Jersium may restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke purchasing privileges where continued access presents legal, compliance, fraud, safety, financial, or operational concerns, creates a disproportionate administrative burden, or is not commercially reasonable for Jersium to continue supporting. There are no automatic numeric thresholds: decisions are made by a person on the facts, with reasons and a review route where a moderation action is involved (User Content Rules). Any account restriction is separate from the resolution of an individual order and does not determine or extinguish rights or remedies that apply outside Jersium.
Consequences of established abuse — false claims, manipulated evidence, returning different items, false non-receipt claims, reselling suspected counterfeits, badgering, or bad-faith chargebacks — may include claim rejection, refund recovery, purchase restrictions, feature restrictions, account closure, and reporting to authorities.
34. Support, decisions, and your legal rights
Where the applicable Platform process provides for Jersium adjudication and you and the Seller cannot resolve an issue, you may escalate it through that process. Jersium reviews the listing, Order data, tracking, evidence from both sides, chats, and the applicable Platform Policies, and determines the Platform outcome. For matters that applicable law or these terms leave to the parties independently, Jersium may instead facilitate communication or provide the support described in the relevant section.
Jersium's decision is binding within the Platform process. It does not determine either party's independent legal liability and does not limit mandatory statutory rights, payment-provider rights, regulator complaints, court rights, out-of-court dispute resolution, or any right that cannot be excluded by law. Jersium participates in consumer alternative dispute resolution only where legally required; for Polish consumers, the competent ADR entity is the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa), and consumers in other member states may contact the ADR entity competent for them.
35. Changes
Jersium may update these Buyer Terms. The terms that apply to a specific Order are normally those in effect when the Order is placed. Notice of changes is given in accordance with the Terms of Service.
