Version 1.0 · Effective: August 31, 2026 E-VER, vouchers, Digital Collection imports, and digital services
1. Purpose and scope
These Digital Services Terms govern E-VER, E-VER vouchers, eligible Digital Collection imports, E-VER-equivalent Digital Collection verification through eligible Jersium purchases, and other Jersium-provided digital services or digital Items made available through Jersium.
These Digital Services Terms form part of Jersium's Terms & Conditions. The Terms of Service explain how Jersium's Terms & Conditions and Platform information work together. These terms apply when a User purchases, redeems, submits, receives, claims, uses, or interacts with E-VER, an E-VER voucher, a Digital Collection import, or another Jersium-provided digital service.
These terms explain E-VER and related digital-service rules. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, statutory rights, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where Jersium provides a digital service or digital Item, Jersium is the provider of that service or Item. This is different from marketplace Products, which are sold by third-party Sellers.
2. Key terms used in these Digital Services Terms
Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service or the relevant Platform Policy unless these Digital Services Terms state otherwise, including the definition of E-VER.
E-VER request means a User's submission for E-VER through an external-item import flow or another Platform flow, including selected Product Data details, photos, proof materials, selected extras, messages, confirmations, and related information.
E-VER voucher means a voucher, credit, reward, referral benefit, or other entitlement that may be redeemed for an eligible E-VER request as shown on the Platform.
E-VER materials means photos, videos, documents, verification codes, descriptions, messages, metadata, proof materials, and other materials submitted, created, reviewed, or generated in connection with E-VER. E-VER materials are Product and Collection Materials under the User Content Rules.
3. What E-VER is
E-VER is designed to help Users add eligible physical items to their Digital Collection by reviewing photos, proof materials, Jersium transaction data, delivery data, or other information that may indicate that the item appears to be in the User's physical possession or physical collection.
E-VER may include review of photos, product details, Product Data, visible item characteristics, submitted proof materials, Jersium purchase records, delivery records, and other information available to Jersium.
Where E-VER or an E-VER-equivalent purchase flow is accepted or completed, Jersium may create, keep, update, or display a Digital Collection entry linked to the relevant item and the User's account.
4. What E-VER is not
E-VER is a platform possession and Digital Collection verification process only. It is not an authentication service and does not verify or guarantee that an item is genuine, authentic, original, licensed, match-worn, match-issued, player-issued, autographed by a specific person, legally owned, lawfully acquired, lawfully sellable, or owned in a legal-title sense.
E-VER may review photos, details, proof materials, visible product features, Jersium transaction or delivery data, and other information submitted by the User or available to Jersium. This review may include information that Jersium considers relevant to possession or collection-claim checks, Product Data matching, Digital Collection eligibility, product-data accuracy, and platform-integrity checks. However, E-VER does not provide a professional authentication certificate, legal ownership certificate, title document, proof of lawful acquisition, appraisal, insurance valuation, resale guarantee, or guarantee of market value.
E-VER does not guarantee that a buyer, seller, club, brand, manufacturer, authentication company, insurer, authority, payment provider, rights holder, or other third party will agree with Jersium's internal platform assessment.
E-VER is intended to support Digital Collection integrity by reducing unsupported claims that a User has a physical item in their collection. It is not intended to create a legal ownership record or public certificate of authenticity.
This section is the primary home for the scope and limits of E-VER. Other Platform Policies refer to it rather than repeating it.
5. Availability and eligibility
E-VER availability, supported regions, supported currencies, eligible item types, eligible sports, eligible Product Data Entries, voucher availability, and other feature rules are shown on the Platform.
Jersium may accept, reject, limit, suspend, or modify E-VER availability for any User, item category, region, submission type, proof type, account type, or feature where necessary or useful for operational, legal, safety, fraud-prevention, product-data, or platform-integrity reasons.
A User may submit only items that they possess, own, or are otherwise authorised to submit for E-VER. Jersium may request additional information where eligibility is unclear.
6. E-VER requests and checkout
A User may start an E-VER request through the Platform flow by selecting or confirming item details, choosing available options, uploading required photos or proof materials, and paying the applicable fee or redeeming an eligible voucher.
The current E-VER fee, voucher treatment, payment method, checkout requirements, and eligible options are shown on the Platform or in the Fee Table.
Jersium may refuse to start, continue, or complete an E-VER request if required information, payment, voucher eligibility, immediate-performance acknowledgement, photos, or proof materials are missing or invalid.
7. Immediate performance and withdrawal rights
E-VER is a digital service that may begin shortly after checkout, payment, or voucher redemption.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital services, Jersium will ask the User to request immediate performance and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right for E-VER ends once the E-VER review is completed. Jersium will provide confirmation of that request and acknowledgement in the order confirmation or another durable record where required by applicable law.
If the User does not provide the required immediate-performance request and acknowledgement where required, Jersium may delay, restrict, or refuse E-VER performance until the required step is completed.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the rights described in the section on paid digital services not supplied correctly.
8. E-VER vouchers
E-VER vouchers may be purchased or issued through referrals, rewards, promotions, support actions, cancelled E-VER requests, or other Platform flows shown by Jersium.
E-VER vouchers do not expire. They may be applied automatically or manually as shown on the Platform.
E-VER vouchers may be used only for eligible E-VER services and are not redeemable for cash, transferable for value, or exchangeable for another benefit unless Jersium expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires it. Promotional, reward, support, or other vouchers issued without payment have no cash value.
Holding an E-VER voucher does not by itself guarantee continued eligibility for, or access to, E-VER. Use of E-VER remains subject to the applicable Platform Policies, eligibility requirements, Account restrictions, security measures, and measures taken to prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or circumvention. Jersium may restrict, suspend, or withdraw access to E-VER where permitted under the Platform Policies or applicable law.
Once a voucher has been redeemed and the corresponding E-VER service has been provided, the voucher is considered used and will not be restored merely because the User's access to E-VER is later restricted, suspended, or withdrawn. This does not limit any rights the User may have in relation to the E-VER service already provided under applicable law.
If a User is unable to use an unused voucher because access to E-VER has been restricted, suspended, discontinued, or otherwise made unavailable, the treatment of that voucher will depend on how it was obtained and the reason access is unavailable. Promotional or other vouchers issued without payment do not give rise to a right to a cash payment or refund. For vouchers purchased for money, Jersium will provide any refund, replacement, continued redemption opportunity, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Jersium may refuse, reverse, cancel, restore, replace, or adjust a voucher where it was issued or credited in error, duplicated, obtained or used through fraud or abuse, connected to a transaction, referral, reward, or other qualifying event that was subsequently reversed or invalidated, or otherwise requires adjustment under the Platform Policies or applicable law. These adjustments are not voucher expiry.
9. Required photos and proof materials
Users must submit the photos, verification-code photos, proof materials, and item details required by the Platform for the relevant E-VER request.
Jersium may require fresh photos taken for the E-VER request, photos of specific product areas, proof materials for special details or claims, proof of provenance, proof of purchase, or other materials shown in the Platform flow.
Screenshots, old photos, reused photos, copied photos, unclear photos, incomplete proof, or photos that do not meet the Platform criteria may be rejected.
Jersium may update photo and proof requirements from time to time and may apply the requirements shown in the current Platform flow to the relevant request.
Framed and displayed items. You do not need to remove an item from its frame or display case for E-VER. Provide all requested details that are visible without dismantling it; you may also provide suitable photos taken before the item was framed. If important details cannot be verified — including the product label or code, version, or features specific to a particular edition or variation — Jersium may verify the item only at a less specific level or may be unable to complete E-VER. Product labels and codes are among the features Jersium considers when assessing whether an item is consistent with the relevant genuine product, but they do not by themselves establish whether an item is genuine.
10. Fresh-photo and verification-code requirements
Jersium may require that photos are taken freshly for the specific E-VER request and may require a User to include a unique code, date, note, or other Platform-generated verification element in one or more E-VER photos.
Jersium may reject photos where the required verification element is missing, unclear, edited, reused, inconsistent, or not connected to the submitted item, and may review photo data, image context, and technical signals to assess whether photos were taken for the current request.
Jersium may require resubmission where photos are blurry, incomplete, incorrectly framed, missing required details, inconsistent with the selected item, or otherwise insufficient for review.
Submitting old, reused, or third-party photos where fresh photos are required — except where Jersium expressly allows earlier photos, such as for framed items, described above — may lead to rejection or cancellation of the request and, depending on the circumstances, restriction of E-VER access or account restrictions under the Platform Policies.
11. Special details and proof categories
Where a User asks Jersium to review special details, extras, or claims, the User must provide the proof materials required by the Platform for that claim.
Special details, extras, and claims are limited to the options and fields made available in the E-VER flow or otherwise accepted by Jersium.
Jersium may accept, reject, change, downgrade, or leave unverified any special detail, extra, or claim where the submitted proof is missing, unclear, incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, not accepted by Jersium, or outside the scope of E-VER.
12. User confirmation after Jersium adjustments
Jersium may adjust submitted item details, Product Data details, version details, condition-related information, proof classifications, or other E-VER data based on its review.
Where Jersium asks the User to confirm adjusted details, the User must review the updated information and choose the available Platform option, such as accepting the updated details or responding with additional information.
If the User does not respond within the period or process shown on the Platform, or if Jersium cannot complete the review, Jersium may cancel the request, restore an eligible voucher, issue a refund where required, or take another action permitted by Platform Policies and applicable law.
13. Review outcomes
An E-VER request may be accepted, accepted with adjusted details, require more photos or information, be rejected, be cancelled, or result in another outcome shown on the Platform.
If an E-VER request is accepted, Jersium may create or update a Digital Collection entry for the User.
If an E-VER request is rejected or cancelled, Jersium may determine whether any fee, voucher, replacement voucher, or other outcome applies under the Platform flow, Fee Table, voucher rules, these Digital Services Terms, and applicable law.
14. Digital Collection import
E-VER may allow a User to add an eligible item to the Digital Collection, including items purchased outside Jersium where the Platform permits this and eligible purchases made through Jersium where the Platform provides automatic or E-VER-equivalent Digital Collection import.
A Digital Collection entry is a platform entry. It may reflect that Jersium accepted an E-VER or E-VER-equivalent Platform process for Digital Collection purposes, but it does not by itself prove legal ownership, legal title, authenticity, market value, lawful acquisition, or a right to sell the physical item outside Jersium.
Digital Collection entries may be visible according to the User's profile, visibility, collection, and Platform settings. Public entries may be eligible for display in Platform features as described in the Platform Policies.
15. Marketplace purchases and automatic Digital Collection import
Eligible purchases made through Jersium may qualify for automatic or E-VER-equivalent Digital Collection import as shown on the Platform.
Eligibility for automatic import may depend on purchase type, Seller type, Product type, transaction status, order completion, arrival confirmation, minimum purchase amount, Buyer Protection status, dispute status, Product Data availability, product-data integrity, fraud checks, and other criteria shown on the Platform.
Jersium may change automatic import eligibility, minimums, thresholds, and related feature rules through Platform information without changing these Digital Services Terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If an Order is cancelled, refunded, reversed, resolved in the Buyer's favour under Buyer Protection, found to be inauthentic, or otherwise corrected, Jersium may remove, adjust, hide, or restrict related Digital Collection entries.
16. Digital Collection corrections, errors, and product-data integrity
Jersium may correct, update, merge, split, rename, reclassify, hide, deactivate, or remove Digital Collection entries, E-VER records, Product Data links, Product Data, sample images, rarity information, version information, incorrect imports, duplicate entries, voucher errors, fee errors, Product Data mismatches, classification errors, display errors, or other data where necessary or useful for Product Data integrity, product-data accuracy, fraud prevention, legal compliance, user support, feature changes, or Platform operation.
Corrections to Product Data, E-VER, or Digital Collection data do not necessarily mean that a User did anything wrong or that Jersium accepts responsibility for earlier data being incomplete or inaccurate.
If an E-VER or Digital Collection error materially affects a User, Jersium may provide support, correction, voucher restoration, refund, or another remedy where required by applicable law or where Jersium considers it appropriate.
17. Digital services and digital Items
Jersium may offer digital services, digital Items, vouchers, profile features, cosmetic features, collection features, rewards, or other digital experiences through the Platform.
Digital Items and digital services are provided only through Jersium unless Jersium states otherwise. They do not represent physical products, cash value, financial instruments, investment products, or securities.
Specific paid digital products, collector packs, randomised items, digital trading features, transferable digital items, or other future paid digital features may require separate or additional feature-specific terms and legally required information. Jersium will provide the applicable terms and information before making such a feature available where required.
18. Fees, payments, and tax treatment
E-VER fees, voucher use, digital-service charges, taxes, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout, in the Fee Table, or in the relevant Platform flow.
Jersium may charge, collect, refund, restore, or adjust fees and vouchers according to the checkout flow, Fee Table, voucher rules, these Digital Services Terms, and applicable law.
Where taxes apply to E-VER, vouchers, or digital services, Jersium may calculate, charge, collect, report, or remit taxes as required by applicable law or Platform processes.
19. If a paid digital service is not supplied correctly
Where a User pays for E-VER or another Jersium digital service or digital Item, Jersium must supply it in accordance with the description shown before purchase, with reasonable care and skill, and in line with the Platform information that applies to the service.
If Jersium fails to supply the service, or supplies it in a way that does not conform with what was described, the User may be entitled under applicable law to have the service brought into conformity, to a proportionate price reduction, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund, depending on the circumstances and the seriousness of the issue. Where applicable law provides these remedies, they apply in addition to anything else in these Digital Services Terms, and nothing in these terms limits them.
A rejected E-VER request is not by itself a failure to supply the service. E-VER is a review service, and a review that is properly carried out but does not result in a Digital Collection entry has still been supplied. Fee and voucher treatment for rejected or cancelled requests is set out elsewhere in these terms.
Users may contact Jersium Support about a digital-service issue through the support channels shown on the Platform.
20. Cancellations, rejections, refunds, and voucher restoration
Jersium may cancel or reject an E-VER request where the request is incomplete, unsupported, ineligible, repeatedly fails photo criteria, appears misleading, appears fraudulent, concerns a counterfeit or prohibited item, violates Platform Policies, or cannot be completed for operational, legal, product-data, safety, or verification reasons.
If Jersium cancels or rejects an E-VER request, Jersium may restore an eligible voucher, issue a refund where required, request additional information, allow resubmission, or take another action shown on the Platform.
If a User cancels or abandons an E-VER request, the fee or voucher treatment depends on the request status, Platform flow, Fee Table, voucher rules, immediate-performance status, and applicable law.
Where an applicable statutory withdrawal or cancellation right is exercised before the E-VER review has been completed, Jersium refunds the amount paid using the original payment method or restores the E-VER voucher used, as applicable, and does not make a partial charge for the cancelled review. Once the E-VER review has been completed following the immediate-performance request and acknowledgement described above, that right no longer applies.
21. Digital Collection and suspected-counterfeit reports
Where a Buyer opens a suspected-counterfeit report for a marketplace Order, Jersium will temporarily block the creation of any Digital Collection entry linked to that Order while the report is open. Blocking a Digital Collection entry is a precautionary feature measure. It is not a determination that the item is counterfeit, and it does not affect the Buyer's rights in the transaction dispute.
Digital Collection eligibility for the affected Order depends on how the report is resolved:
- Report closed because the Buyer accepts the Seller's explanation and the Order completes normally: Digital Collection eligibility may be restored, subject to the ordinary eligibility rules described above.
- A Buyer Protection remedy is granted on the claim, the Order is otherwise resolved as materially not as described, the evidence is found inconclusive following Jersium review, the report is closed for buyer abuse, or the Buyer fails to continue or cooperate by the applicable deadline: no Digital Collection entry is created for that Order, and any existing linked entry may be removed.
Not creating or removing a Digital Collection entry is a Platform feature outcome only. It does not amount to a determination about the authenticity of the item, and it does not by itself create or remove any right in the transaction.
The transaction process for suspected-counterfeit reports, including evidence, deadlines, remedies, return requirements, and how Jersium decides, is set out in the Buyer Terms & Buyer Protection Policy and the Seller Terms.
22. Counterfeit items and manipulated submissions
Users must submit only items they believe to be genuine and non-counterfeit and must not knowingly submit counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items.
Users must not submit counterfeit, fabricated, falsified, misleading, manipulated, reused, unrelated, stolen, AI-generated where genuine proof is required, or unauthorised materials, or materials that misrepresent the item, its condition, its special details, its proof, its ownership, or its eligibility.
If Jersium determines or suspects that an item or submission is counterfeit, misleading, manipulated, unsupported, illegal, unsafe, or submitted in bad faith, Jersium may reject or cancel the request, forfeit the fee or voucher where permitted, remove or correct Digital Collection entries, restrict E-VER access, restrict account features, close the Account, or take other action permitted by Platform Policies and applicable law.
Nothing in this section means that E-VER verifies or guarantees authenticity, legal title, lawful acquisition, market value, provenance, or resale eligibility. E-VER remains a platform possession and Digital Collection verification process only.
23. User obligations
The User is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of the information and materials submitted for E-VER.
The User must cooperate with Jersium's review process, respond to information requests, upload required photos or proof materials, and provide accurate responses where Jersium asks for confirmation or clarification.
The User must not use E-VER to launder counterfeit items into the Digital Collection, mislead other users, create false possession evidence, create false provenance, manipulate Product Data, obtain vouchers or refunds improperly, or evade Marketplace, Buyer Protection, Seller, Community, or Platform rules.
24. Rights to E-VER materials
E-VER materials are Product and Collection Materials under the User Content Rules. The licence the User grants to Jersium, the permitted uses, the treatment of personal data within those materials, and the rules on promotional use are set out in the User Content Rules, which is the primary home for those rules. The User remains the owner of their E-VER materials; Jersium does not claim ownership of them.
In addition, and specifically for E-VER, Jersium may use E-VER materials to operate and improve the E-VER review process itself, including to compare a submission against earlier submissions, detect reused or manipulated materials, build internal review and verification examples, and maintain the integrity of the Digital Collection.
25. Retention and continued use of E-VER materials
Jersium may retain and use E-VER materials after a request is completed, rejected, cancelled, disputed, refunded, converted into a voucher, or otherwise closed, and after an Account is restricted, closed, or deleted, where necessary or useful for verification records, fraud prevention, counterfeit detection, support, disputes, legal compliance, evidence preservation, product-data integrity, rights-holder communications, platform safety, Digital Collection integrity, backups, or enforcement of Platform Policies.
Jersium is not required to remove non-personal, anonymised, or otherwise lawfully retained E-VER records, derived materials, historical records, fraud-prevention records, Product Data records, backups, or logs where removal is not technically, operationally, or legally practical.
Personal data contained in E-VER materials is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and nothing in this section overrides data-protection rights that apply under mandatory law.
26. Review of photo data, background details, and technical signals
Jersium may review photo data, image context, background details, timestamps, technical signals, previous submissions, account history, transaction history, marketplace history, support records, and other available information to assess whether an E-VER submission appears current, complete, consistent, eligible, and suitable for review.
Jersium may use manual review, automated checks, third-party tools, comparison methods, fraud-prevention systems, and internal records to review E-VER materials and protect the integrity of E-VER and the Digital Collection.
Jersium is not required to disclose all review methods, fraud signals, comparison logic, internal criteria, or risk rules where disclosure could compromise E-VER, platform security, fraud prevention, counterfeit detection, or enforcement. Where applicable law gives a right to human review of, or information about, an automated decision, Jersium will provide the safeguards required by that law.
27. Privacy and personal data
E-VER may involve personal data, including account details, contact details, transaction information, photos, photo metadata, background details, support messages, payment information, voucher information, delivery information, and verification review records.
Jersium processes personal data for E-VER, Digital Collection, fraud prevention, counterfeit detection, support, legal compliance, payment processing, platform security, product-data integrity, and related purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users should avoid including unnecessary personal information, private documents, faces, addresses, unrelated people, or sensitive background details in E-VER photos unless the Platform specifically requires the relevant material.
28. No guaranteed availability or outcome
Jersium does not guarantee that E-VER, vouchers, Digital Collection imports, digital services, or related features will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every User, item, region, sport, Product type, or Product Data Entry.
Jersium does not guarantee that an E-VER request will be accepted, that a submitted item will be classified as requested, that a possession or collection claim will be accepted, that a special claim will be accepted or recorded, or that a Digital Collection entry will remain unchanged indefinitely.
E-VER and Digital Collection features may depend on Platform availability, Product Data, payment providers, photo quality, User cooperation, fraud checks, product-data rules, and other operational factors.
This section does not limit the rights described in the section on paid digital services not supplied correctly, or any mandatory legal right.
29. No investment, resale, or value promise
E-VER, E-VER vouchers, Digital Collection entries, digital Items, digital rewards, cosmetic features, profile features, and related digital services are not investment products, financial products, securities, stored-value instruments, or guarantees of resale value.
Jersium does not guarantee that any physical item, Digital Collection entry, digital Item, voucher, or reward will increase in value, retain value, be sellable, be transferable, or have market demand.
Any rarity, popularity, collection, or platform indicator is informational only unless Jersium expressly states otherwise.
30. Abuse, fraud, and account restrictions
Jersium's general fraud-prevention and platform-integrity rules are set out in the Terms of Service and apply to E-VER and digital services.
In relation to E-VER and digital services specifically, Jersium may restrict features, cancel or reject requests, forfeit fees or vouchers where permitted, remove or restrict Digital Collection entries, delay completion, request additional information, suspend or restrict E-VER access, restrict uploads, proof submissions, or photo and video submissions, restrict collection features or profile display, restrict account features, suspend accounts, close accounts, or take another action where necessary to protect Users, Jersium, the Digital Collection, E-VER, or the Platform.
A User must not attempt to bypass E-VER rules, submit the same item misleadingly, use another person's photos without permission, create false possession evidence, manipulate proof materials, or use E-VER to support counterfeit, infringing, illegal, or deceptive activity.
Where a restriction is a Moderation Action, the notice and review rules in the User Content Rules apply.
31. Support, disputes, and Jersium decisions
Users may contact Jersium Support about E-VER requests, vouchers, Digital Collection imports, digital-service charges, or related issues through the support channels made available on the Platform.
Jersium may request additional information, review available records, correct errors, restore vouchers, cancel requests, confirm review outcomes, or take another action permitted by Platform Policies and applicable law.
Jersium's decisions about E-VER eligibility, evidence, possession or collection-claim review, classifications, proof acceptance, voucher treatment, and Digital Collection entries are made within Jersium's Platform process and do not limit mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded, including the rights described in the section on paid digital services not supplied correctly.
32. Changes to these Digital Services Terms and digital-service rules
Jersium may change E-VER, voucher rules, Digital Collection import rules, digital-service availability, photo requirements, proof requirements, fees, eligibility criteria, review processes, digital Items, and related Platform information from time to time.
Current operational information may be shown in the relevant E-VER flow, checkout flow, voucher page, Digital Collection page, Fee Table, Help Centre, or other Platform information.
Where these Digital Services Terms refer to information shown on the Platform, the current Platform information applies unless these Digital Services Terms, another applicable Platform Policy, or mandatory law require otherwise.
Notice of changes is given in accordance with the Terms of Service.
